I bought a Provari and it gave me errors from the get go and burnt out at least eight cartomizers and two atties. Their response is for me to send it back and I'll have to pay for shipping so "they could check it out". I spent over 200$ for my order and I feel I shouldn't have to go through that crap and should get a replacement and then send back this defective one.
I've been vaping for awhile now and I'm getting tired of things not working or breaking down. I almost feel like throwing my Provari in the garbage and then try to find some other mod that will do variable voltages but unfortunately there are not any on the market that are like the Provari.

W! Evolv's customer service is second to NONE! I emailed Evolv today, not expecting a response until at least Monday, and received a response already(this is Saturday!). I dreaded emailing them in the first place. Figured I could deal with the small issue I had, but said small issue decided to rear it's ugly head and became more of a PITA. My Darwin still works, but has hiccups. Evolv offered to send me a replacement asap, but I'm not at the house right now, and I do not want Evolv paying for an overnight package unnecessarily.
