I love visiting a good shop, chawing with the staff and trying their goods. To be able to handle a device before buying is easily worth a 50% markup to me. If they charge 60$ for an istick 20w then I get out quick. It is all about equitable trade of currency for value added. UM by Cuttwood is decent imho, but overpriced and a bit boring. Much better out there, again imho.
