Unique Coil Builds

I'm getting ready to try to build a stacked quad coil, (two coils on top of eachother on each side), and was interested in what unique builds some of you guys had built. Try to stay away from "named" builds (clapton, inception, whatever). Obviously, in keeping with this sub-forum, they should be sub ohm builds.

If what I'm building already has a name, please let me know because I've yet to see it. I've seen dual coils in this fashion but not quad.

I like making parallel / series quad coils, basically 2 coils on each side made with 1 piece of wire... I usually make a 6 or 8 wrap spaced coil then bend it in half (for each side). Great vapor no hotspots and at higher wattage the way it's set up the theoretical hottest part of the coil (the center, where it's bent) has the most amount of wick (I run my wicks up one side then down the other, so the spot where it's bent has the entire wick covering it). Definitely a treat and something reliable for when the more extravagant builds just aren't wanting to work for you ^_^

Another good one is 22g NiChrome 80 with 34g+ Kanthal as a clapton, paralleled to 3 strands twisted 26g Kanthal. Do this in dual coil mode, 4-6 wraps, and enjoy the flavor
