Thank you! I sent the link to myself so I can fix my cap. I have another that is giving me problems. It works but I have a hard time getting the cap back on so I'm going to loosen it up a bit, too.
I looked and couldn't find a decent video on filling. The only one I found the guy fills the carto after putting it in the tank. I always fill my carto first.

Just heard from Ash this morning. He is running a little behind. He says the tanks should be ready this next week. If you haven't already paid me, I'll be sending out paypal instructions within the next few days. Thank you for your patience. Again, this pre-order thing is new for us. Thanks!!

Not sure of a "hazelnut coffee" but This is an awesome place to get strong all natural Organic vape juices with layered complex flavors including HAZELNUT. I've not been disappointed yet by them. Or HERE for your awesome coffee flavors. Also (I recommend the apple crumble ) sooo good! LoL

Ash showed me the tanks for pre-orders and one color was wrong. He is making the right color and then he can ship them to me. He has since provided me with a color code list so we can get it right between each other. Again, this pre-order thing is new for us, so thank you so much for your patience everyone. I have given all your addresses to Ash. He will be sending your tanks to you so you don't have to wait for them to get to me and then me ship them to you. He does not sell his tanks with a pre-punched carto, but I have paid him to do that because that is how I like to sell them.
If you ordered a slim, they now come with a glass tube. We had a couple problems with some of the tubes fitting "loosy goosy" on past slims, so he has changed to glass for those. (and raised my price) But if it fits better, then alrighty!! We like that!!
Please let me know when you get your tanks. I have no way of sending you tracking with them coming from the UK. It takes anywhere from 6 to 9 days. I expect he will ship them tomorrow. I have covered the difference in postage costs as well. I also did this because I am officially on vacation starting Monday and I thought the tanks would be ready much sooner this time.
Hope everyone is having a good week so far. I'm under so much pressure to meet my deadlines at work by Friday. I can't wait for this work week to be over.....I haven't had the chance to visit my favorite threads and talk to anybody.

Morning!! All the pre-order tanks were actually shipped yesterday from the UK. Ash is 8 hours ahead of us, so indeed they shipped out yesterday. I'll be anxious to hear how the new slim owners like their glass slims. Please let me know!!
