This was posted earlier today in the Woodvil thread. I felt it deserved a place for all to see.
Gil, you have been a special friend to me and I will miss your posts.
I can remember your quest to get that very first stabilized REO. I remember those first pics Robert took. That Nebula became a recognizable symbol and paved the way for others to experience the beauty of stabilized wood.
I will always treasure George and Jacob. They will always remind me of you!
It is with sadness that I see your vaping journey end.
Please come back and visit as you can when you are comfortable doing do.
See ya later sweet Gil!
Posted by Unsure: My avatars and signatures are now gone and soon I will be too .least for awhile. I wish I could have gotten everyone a stabilized REO that I promised but I only had the 2. I couldnt choose so I used a random method .sorry. Im not leaving mad as some have, just need to stay away till the Ol vaping Jones wares off. DW has agreed to give a day with the new Woodvil that will eventually be on the way and Ill post a picture before I go and its locked and hidden from me.
To Rob I want to say you have been a great, generous friend from the beginning. Through the slow times, battles with other builders and forums you were always a true professional with great customer service and an elite product. They are all but gone and youre still standing on top. Its been 4 years as of Feb 6th I quit smoking cigarettes and I owe it more to you and REOs than any will power I could have ever summed up thank you my friend.
