The post goes on to say how she would market e cigs to Soldiers. I can't see how it could be made any more clear.

BTW the comment about the IQ test for dumb blondes was purely for the purpose of making a point, and since it seems to have gone a bit over your head, the intent was to illustrate the ignorance of stereotyping and overgeneralizing, not to support it. Alot of the posts in this thread just get to me when they make reference to having any idea about how a Soldier thinks, or how we are trained. Saying things like you need to make them camo painted mods or most guys in the military won't like them. Reading that kind of crap makes me wonder "Do civilians really think that kind of stuff? really?"

You do realize that Soldiers are already able to purchase e cigs right? They are already able to choose an alternative to smoking without someone stoping by the VA pedling products. You do realize that right?

I should stop here, I disagree with so many things in your post it would take too long to address them all.

I was on my way out the door, I am extremely tired and I get so use to talking to normal people who would just be talking about women that way. I now realize that you were not directing that comment at her, but making a point. I'm sorry for the ranting at you!!

I sure as hell never said anyone should offer you camo mods and I most 100% certainly would never think you "wouldn't like them unless they were camo". I think you disagree with a-lot of what I said because most of it came of me misreading what you had said, I had read it to be a personal attack on her .. when it wasn't.

Well if she wants to hustle a lifesaving device, I hope she makes an absolute MINT. I hope she ends up making so much money she can buy us a huge truck and a Bentley. Anyone wanting to sell something like this deserves money. So many in the states are poisoning and killing and drugging people - becoming unimaginably wealthy in the process - why in the hell shouldn't someone who sells a life and money saving product?

Reading the first page it's evident that she had zero profit motive behind her post. I believe that it was very obviously written in hopes of encouraging suppliers to get their products in front of servicemen. I believe her thinking was, hey, these suppliers can make a-lot of money .. that will make them want to market to these guys .. and I really want them to know about them.. That is how women think.

Well. They're not always that logical. When they think with emotion, all bets are off.
But I see her logic here. It's sound. I see her motive. It's innocent, I am sure you agree.

I apologize to you for ranting at you when I thought you directed that insulting stereotype at her.. I also don't think she had a reason to apologize outside of not wanting to get your panties in a bunch. I think it's nice to see how pleasant she has been with you and you with her.

Again - I am sorry for being a bit confused - I haven't slept in a long long time and I don't use any substances outside of caffeine to do it.
