The reason we don't have brick and mortar stores is because vaping was added to the smoking ban. Change that and I believe we would see store's devoted to vaping. You just got to see what other entrepreneur's are doing in more progressive states to see this. Why take on the expense to offer a product that can not, by law be used inside that establishment ?
New Jersey politics is ... back wards and they do not give a rats ... about your health ether. All they want is for you to keep buying tobacco and pay the tax they Levey on in and push you outside to smoke it. Mind you, 20 feet away from a public entrance if you follow to the letter of the law. Now how is that being enforced in a city like Hoboken ? I'll give you a hint. It can't. Look, March 22, 2012 will be our first ever World Vaping Day. Each and every one of us should use that day to promote vaping as an alternativee to smoking. Invite a smoking friend to try it. Hell, invite the press over too. But please do something that helps to change public opinion as they have been spoon fed BS by our FDA for way to long.
