I have been vaping since the begining of Feb. 2011 (using both analog and my pv). I have now been off of analogs for 1 month and I find it's getting easier. Its still difficult at times but it will be for sometime to come. So yay me! I also wanted to encourage those just starting out (and for those who have been doing it for a while) to keep on it. Ive been there (am there) as have we all so stay strong. Just remember we are all here for each other. I have never found a forum like this and probably never find another one. Its not just a comunity but a family, one that I'm pleased to be a part of.

Congratulations on stopping cigarettes. Your body will continue to thank you for each day you stay off the smokes.
After 40+ years, I've been an ex-smoker for just a bit over 5 months and I still find it hard to believe. I quit on vape day 2 and haven't gone back. I've looked back - but haven't gone there. I started out at 36mg and ever time that ugly urge hit me, I'd vape like crazy - and that urge would subside. One day at a time and as you have learned, it gets easier.

Keep it up - stay strong - and get tons of support and encouragement at ECF when or if you need it. :thumb:

Thanks greatly for your update Moon. There is indeed no other forum quite like this one and it's stories and encouragement like yours that keep new quitters as well as veterans the periodic lift that we all need. Keep on vaping my friend!

Hey Tracker II...Where in Illinois are you from? Im minutes from the northern border.
