I Smoked 2-3 packs of Marlboro a day for 30yrs. Quit cold turkey once 15 yrs ago for 2yrs. Got sick and coughed for 9 months be4 feeling normal again. Hardest thing I ever did, typical nic withdraw, mostly nerves and concentration issues for 1st couple of weeks. Started smoking again and was scared to quit although I knew I had to. Started with Smokstiks a couple of months ago, dripped, dipped and chain vaped while cutting my analogs to 10-15 a day during the week and only PV on weekends with 11mg juice. Smokstiks are carp as far as I am concerned but made me feel I could quit (for that I am thankful). Picked up tons of juice (11mg), a pass through (made all the difference) and along with re filling my cartomizers (no more attys, I bought 125 prefilled that I use with Esmoke totems) I have now been analog free for going on 3 weeks without suffering from nic fits. The cravings for an analog are easily forgotten and weak at best. I pretty much chain vape on my days off and vape alot at work but not quite the amount I vape on my days off. I had stomach issues that started about a week into it and lasted about a week but now all is well. Breathing is deeper and clearer than ever remember. Smell and taste have returned. No cough to speak of yet. I just vaped some 24mg juice and had head rushes that brought me back to my teen years so I am sure the nic is getting there. Sorry for the long post, I just wanted to share my experience so far for anyone who may be lurking and considering this as being a way to quit. So far sooooo good! Next step? Cut down my vaping?

Is loong totum a kr808?If it is check out the new flavors at vapor4life.Some of them are awesome,like mocha carmel frappacino.Its one of my favs.
I am not sure what it is, i see all this 501 and 402 talk and I have no clue what they are. Although I got my passthrough from epuffer that fits the carts. I think since I buy only American it is just a revamped and stamped something or other. I would say that the refilling the carts that already have the disposable attys is without a doubt the way to go for me anyway. I killed attys like ants in the kitchen.
