First I want to thank VPJUNKIE510 for this 'give' on PIF.

And now the question:

If any one wants a 14500 3.7 box mod feel free to take this I have one all black a magnet holds the Door closed its a 510 connection. This is the first one I built has also been my loaner to try help people quit. The only this wrong with it, when I built this I didn't even know what a mosfit was so there isn't one. The switch shows no sign of giving out but whoever wants it should know. Pm if interested would like it to go to someone who pass's loaners out to help people quit cigarettes but if u want it for yourself feel free

I was wondering if I upped the battery from 14500 3.7v (i think it would use the 900mAh) to a TrustFire Protected 18650 Lithium Battery 2400mAh 3.7v would I fry a little mod like this?

And maybe a quick note on what a "mosfit" does?

The 14500 is fairly small ( first 2 #'s are diameter and second 2 #'s are length, in mm's ) so I doubt you have room for an 18650.
An atty/carto will draw anywhere from 2 to 3 amps when fired, that's why it is recommended to use a switch that is rated for 3 amps.
The smaller tactile switches are more popular but they are generally only rated for 500 milliamps ( 3 amps is 3000 milliamps ).
The mosfet is a kind of regulated gate ( ?? ) that allows you to use the smaller switches. As far as the "mAh" is concerned,
mAh's are a unit of measurement to indicate how long a battery can put out the rated voltages. ( mAh = milliamp hours )
