Upset with Notcigs Manual Download

As a customer I do not feel that I should have to be jerked around in order to get to a manual for a product that I paid for, nor should I be subjected to further stupid advertising for absolutely unrelated items like deodarent, carpet cleaner, or toothpaste while waiting the 20 seconds for a download and while the page tries to misdirect me to another download for some program that I do not want. "Don't want to wait?" It asks. "click here for premium features!"

Buzz, quite frankly, this sucks.

All I want to do is access MY bleeping manual with one mouse click and not have my time wasted.

This is unprofessional to say the least. Don't feed me the crap that it's convenient to have files hosted on the third party site. In today's world, a manual takes up neglible amounts of memory and file transfer time.

Do you mean the manuals HERE ?? Manuals

that you just click on download and save it ? or right click and print ?
