Interesting. My email address has already been taken. Oookay. So when I requested my password, it said they'll send it to my email addy. They didn't.

So my husband wanted to sign the petition so he went to the site, only to have the same thing happen to him.

Neither of us had been to that website before.

Why was this set up so that it needs to gather 100,000 signatures - in all of a couple hours?

This happened to me as well (although I know I had/have an account), but the first time I requested my password it didn't show up in my e-mail. However I tried it again and it showed up the in my e-mail a few seconds later, so I just finished signing it.
