Out of curiosity, can you purchase (albeit expensively) Liquid Nicotine at a Brick and Mortar store?
I'm heading over to my vape Store in Town tomorrow to see if they do or would be willing to carry Liquid Nic in Store or whether they would be willing to receive it from another Business.
I have been buying my Liquid Nic from My Freedom Smokes for Years now.

From LiquidBarn

IMO, they're either misinterpreting something and/or are purposely trying to use scare tactics to get people to buy like crazy from them! The PACT act doesn't prohibit sales of vaping products online. What's put people in a tailspin about ordering online is the shipping bans that USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL will start. There's no problem buying the stuff...just with getting it...as it stands now!

I just spoke to Matt at KangerWholesaleUSA on the phone about the following that they sent just a short while ago, in one of their email newsletters about their Ejuices. I wanted to get clarification that it only applied to their wholesale business customers and NOT to regular customers who buy retail.

mail

I specifically asked Matt if the above had any bearing at all on regular Retail customers. He said, "NO...that only applies to our wholesale customers. We plan to continue selling and shipping to retail customers until the various shipper bans take effect, and are in the process of sourcing alternative delivery options for after they take effect with USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL."

If you buy enough of it, rebottle it in glass bottles with a polycone cap, and then put it in a freezer...you will have it for the longterm. What size are the 84 bottles you're talking about?

If you want to avoid having to pay whatever high price a vape shop might charge for them later...(if you can even find one who would have them)...go to the following vendor and stock up. They've got the best price in the US, on the authentic Nautilus Coils, at only $7.80/box. They've got a BIG supply of them, too:

Aspire Nautilus BVC Replacement Coil - 5PK

You'll need to sign up for an account to see the prices and place an order. Their S/H is a minimum of $9.99, but if you split that up for each box if you buy in quantity...it's not bad at all. If you place an order of $75 or total... you'll get FREE S/H! Order them soon though, as they've always shipped via UPS and the UPS cutoff date for mailing vaping products is April 5th. I don't know if they can source an independent shipper after then or not.
Thank you SO much for the Tips and Links! I'm def heading over to see about those Coils!
Previously, I would buy multiples of 125ml or 250ml Bottles because I only have the Refrigerator/Freezer in my Apartment (no room for an Aux Freezer:().
I swear I could kick myself for not keeping up on the News about this - I only found out about this yesterday  now its Fire Drill Time, lmao:oops:

I Can't really Speak for Matt at KangerWholesaleUSA. And find what You say He Says Very Confusing.

I'm Only passing along what LiquidBarn has stated.

"What does that mean for you? In a matter of days, shipping companies like UPS, USPS, and FedEx will stop shipping the nicotine products you purchase online to your doorstep.

To comply with this new regulation, liquidbarn.com will no longer be shipping nicotine products mid-April, but is working tirelessly to find you a solution."

If you have room for even a very small 1.1 cu.ft. front-opening freezer (can even easily fit on or under a countertop)...you CAN store at least 7-8 Liters of nic base in 8oz. bottles in it. That's a lot of nic base for the longterm! If you'd like more info. on how to do that, where to get really good nic base for a very good price...just send me a PM.

OK...I'll try to explain it better. :)

Here's the quote from Liquid Barn's Blog:
"In the coming weeks, The PACT Act (Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking) will go into effect. Baked into the verbiage of the recently passed COVID relief bill, this new regulation will effectively HALT all online sales of nicotine and vape products.

What does that mean for you? In a matter of days, shipping companies like UPS, USPS, and FedEx will stop shipping the nicotine products you purchase online to your doorstep."

The underlined part is wrong!

1) The only shipping entity that the PACT ACT applied to was the USPS. UPS, FedEx, and DHL have all willingly decided to stop shipping vaping products.

2) Online sales of those products can definitely still take place, to those who have a business license for purchasing them (ie. brick & mortar vape shops who can still sell to retail customers). That was what the box of information I C&P from KW's newsletter was in reference to.

3) Online sales can still take place to retail customers if/when other alternative shippers can be arranged for delivery of the items purchased. Several vendors have already stated they're working on that solution. Nothing in the PACT ACT prevents that. What I posted that Matt said about sourcing alternative shipping carriers related to that.

I guess I'm just tired of some vape vendors not telling the whole truth, manipulating it, and/or omitting certain things...to seemingly purposely mislead and alarm vapers into buying from them. ;)

I actually went and took a Tape Measure to my Freezer, lol.
I can free up half the space in it for Nic Base.
The worst that would come of it is that I will have to shop for Frozen Foods a little more often, lol.
Frozen Food is easy to access, Nic Base, potentially not so much.
Decisions have to be made, lol.
Edit to add : I wish I had the Counter Space for an Aux Freezer but pretty much all of my Counter space is occupied by other Appliances and the remainder of the Kitchen area is Cabinets and Drawers, ugh.

@tA71ana

Heartlandvapes is usually the cheapest on liters with their house brand. $44.99/liter and $42.99 if you buy 4 or more. Shipping is free after $50.

Also, if you never bought from heartland before, Try code VAPEMAG for 5% off.

Heartlandvapes also has 8oz brown bottles. Buy the caps separately to save money.

Or see my blog post for a list of other vendors and their lowstest prices. Also has a link to a calculator to figure what you might need to hoard.

NudeNicotine might be having another sale this weekend for 20-25% off. Not sure if that will be cheaper than heartland after shipping, though, didn't check. I don't know what the % off will be because they've been having weekend sales this month and the discount gets smaller every weekend. Last weekend I think it was 30% so it may be less this weekend assuming they have one.

Forgive my ignorance, but can someone answer this for me? What happens to nic, stored in a brown glass container, out of direct light? As I understand it, it gets darker, and it might lose some potency?
If so, after a year or 2, isn't it still vape-able? OK, it's a bit amber, and maybe the 100mg is now 96mg. But it isn't really spoiled or ruined, just not pristine?
I have 2 liters of 100mg in my cool dark basement, next to my other medicines (Cuervo, Beam, etc.).

All you can do is test it and try it. Will it lose potency? Probably. How much per year probably depends on 35 different factors. Freezer is the safest bet for long term IMHO.

Actually, Barring something Very Unforeseen, I think the Underlined Part is an Accurate Description of how things are going.

Because the USPS was pretty Much the Last Domino for the Average Online Buyer.

So is LiquidBarn trying to Drum Up sales? Sure they are. Just like Everyone else is who are sending me 25% Off Coupons or BOGOF offers.

Are they Deceiving people to Panic them? I Don't think I would go that far. Because what they are saying, in All Likelihood, is Going to Happen.

:)

If I was in business and I was about to be put out of business, especially in the abhorrent situation the country is in today with employment and economics, I'd be capitalizing on this mail ban situation as a last ditch effort to make a few more bucks to keep from living under a bridge for another month or two.

I've got some 2014 Wizard Labs Nicotine that has lived it Entire Life in the back of a Closet.

It's a Tad Darker than originally. And a Little more Peppery than when I 1st got it. But I can't tell any Noticeable Change in Potency.

And still Entirely Vapable. Especially in a "Brown" Flavored e-Liquid.

Yeah... Sometimes when you start Circling the Drain, it Isn't about Making Money. It's about Minimizing the Losses before you have to Close Your Doors for the Last Time.

I have no problem with vendors reaching out about the impending shipping restrictions. Those that are misleading are just profiteering in my book.

I wonder how many are just plodding on in denial, thinking this isn't really happening?

Perhaps some are planning on business as usual until they can't ship, shut down and sell off the remaining inventory to a B&M.

It may lose potency and taste off. Like more peppery or tobacco-y. Far as I know. Give it a try.

If it's vapeable, I would rebottle in glass and stick it in the freezer ASAP to prevent further degradation.
