Sounds like they are trying to keep track of all vape users as if they were some type of danger to the public - Time to 'lawyer-up' and do something about it. They already decided there are no 'smokers rights', and have extended this to vapers - But when these drunken psychopathical politicians start to declare you a threat, a second class citizen - Now the issue goes way beyond vaping - Time to expose these neo-nazis, and show that this issue goes far beyond vaping.

"Drunks and Politicians Not Welcome Here!"

I cannot tell whether they are nazis or commies, but they are TOTALITARIAN JACK-WAGONS!

Each month, a list of all transactions must be sent to each state’s tax administrator that includes the names and addresses of each customer sold to, the quantities and type of each product sold, and the name, address, and phone number of the person delivering the shipment to the recipient
That right there is enough to make me not want to order anything even if we can. What is the government going to do with that information? Implement a huge tax and make it retroactive? Raid me when they finally make vaping illegal? It gives them a list of what to look for when they are searching my premises. No trust.

Can't legally do that. But anything's possible.

No trust.

Good luck with that ..

My point is, so much chit chat deals with the shipping issue .. and, yes, it's a problem .. but, the truth is, a primary reason many outfits will shutter is these requirements ..

If Amazon had had to comply with this kind of stuff, Bezo's would be working at a Taco Bell slinging burritos ..

I'd rather go with FT's fly under the radar plan. At least I know what I'm getting into there.

According to mL_Finger on Reddit, it appears that boat has sailed. As it looks like FT is no longer shipping vaping products to the US. What was your plan B again?

Just loaded my fasttech cart with a bunch of mods and tanks from a few different mainstream manufacturers and got all the normal shipping options. Probably just a glitch at the time. FT is full of glitches.

Not sure What's Up with mL_Finger. Maybe I Don't even want to know.

But I just did a Test FT Order and things seemed Normal.

And then there is this...

Notice--the US vape shipping methods are temporarily normal: FastTech Forums

Thanks for the link. I hope they plan on shipping some accessories like 510 connectors and stuff. I have a good bit of rebate points coming and now I have a gift cert from a refund for a defective item. Should have close to $20 to spend! I guess I can always but buy some battery wraps or other non-vape gear.

I Don't get a Warm and Fuzzy feeling when I see the words "Temporarily Normal". And this is a Very Fluid situation.

But it looks like things are Shipping from FT.

How Long that might be? My Magic 8-Ball says... "Answer Unknown"

Sorry, but Reddit is not exactly what I would call the best source of info ..

So MVS is telling it's customer base that the USPS ban goes into effect March 27 or earlier. Can anyone verify this?

The image below shows it was updated 18 days ago but sent today. They also stated they'll stop shipping through USPS on on March 24 and start using their "new courier".

Postal service Invites Input on ENDS ban - Tobacco Reporter

"Preventing Online Sales of E-Cigarettes to Children Act, which placed ENDS under the PACT Act, was enacted on Dec. 27, 2020, and becomes effective 90 days after enactment (March 27, 2021). "

Vaping360 referenced this a few weeks ago in their article what we know so far. I posted it a few times.

Vape Shipping and the PACT Act: What We Know So Far - Vaping360

"On Feb. 19, USPS published its proposed rule, titled “Treatment of E-Cigarettes in the Mail,” in the Federal Register, and provided a 31-day window for public comment (which ends March 22). The final rule will take effect soon after publication—on March 27, according to Tobacco Reporter. That is the same date the PACT Act rules will become law."

OK, so if that article is correct, then the whole end of April thing was never a thing in the first place. Was just misinformation.

Here is some info and a video from a group willing to give the devil his do and agree that the new shipping restrictions are based on a valid concern for youth addiction to nicotine - It is addictive, isn't it?

Here is a solution designed to appease the government and yet make it possible for vape dealers to stay in business - It is being implemented now and I believe it may convince shippers like UPS to continuer to ship vapes again - Of course you will pay for it, shipping will never be as cheap as it used to be.

Online vape dealers should take special note of this video, and it is of interest to all vape users - If we admit there really was a problem with youth addiction then maybe we and the government can still come to an amenable solution - We really don't need another black market do we?

Capitalism doesn't kill off a demand for products and put hundreds of thousands of people unemployed. Only socialism does that.
Really? LOL, you're kidding, right?
Maybe you should check out the track record of Big Oil, Big Pharma, Big Tobacco, and Big Tech.
