The other thing, if some is in transit on the DAY, which ever day they choose, will they go ahead and let that package go on through? I mean it wasn't illegal to mail it two days previously, but it sits in a service center for one day, then is in transit for another day, then another service center.....

If the sender is not excitability "vape" or "Smoke" or "tobacco" or whatever, chances are slim they will find out.

Has anyone else seen or heard that the USPS shipping ban effective date is supposedly April 1st? MVS sent out an email this morning, with that info. in it, as they encouraged people to hurry and stock up.

I didn't think the government or the USPS did anything over a weekend regarding it! I know I haven't read about an April 1st effective date anywhere else. Last thing I'm aware of...was what was posted Friday...when the USPS published the proposed rules document and announced about the March 22nd deadline for accepting comments on them.

Could be just a scare tactic to increase sales before Q1 end, or they know something from their lawyers, or are just guessing or something else.

Maybe the last week of March they'll have a new email saying , "vape mail ban extended to April 23, order now, this is final!"

It does look like a scare tactic, doesn't it? Course, the real frenzy will be starting soon as it is.

3 other vendors that I know of have been warning of the vape mail ban and instructing to "stock up now!" for about a month now. I don't blame them. But to give a date like MVS did makes you wonder if they know that April 1 is in fact THE cutoff date.

I got the MVS email too and the subject line was Nationwide Vape Mail Ban Takes Effect April 1st! I have not seen anything official that gives an actual date on the USPS shipping ban. I am thinking maybe that's their personal cut off? I would think if it was announced by USPS it would be plastered everywhere but idk. Both FedEx and UPS announced their dates March 1st/April 5th. Hopefully CASAA will post something tomorrow. I am glad some vape shops are warning people... A bit late though.

Well I guess after awhile I will be vaping VG and PG 50/50 'cause that 100mg ain't gonna last forever and I can't afford 84 Bottles of it, lol.
There is a Vape Shop in Town, I guess I'd better give them a call to see if I can get my Nautilus Coils once I run out.
There has got to be a way this thing can get turned around....eventually.

If you buy enough of it, rebottle it in glass bottles with a polycone cap, and then put it in a freezer...you will have it for the longterm. What size are the 84 bottles you're talking about?

If you want to avoid having to pay whatever high price a vape shop might charge for them later...(if you can even find one who would have them)...go to the following vendor and stock up. They've got the best price in the US, on the authentic Nautilus Coils, at only $7.80/box. They've got a BIG supply of them, too:

Aspire Nautilus BVC Replacement Coil - 5PK

You'll need to sign up for an account to see the prices and place an order. Their S/H is a minimum of $9.99, but if you split that up for each box if you buy in quantity...it's not bad at all. If you place an order of $75 or total... you'll get FREE S/H! Order them soon though, as they've always shipped via UPS and the UPS cutoff date for mailing vaping products is April 5th. I don't know if they can source an independent shipper after then or not.

I placed an order with My Freedom Smokes, and asked them if due to the shipping embargo they were closing their doors. Here is their response. BTW, I ordered 2 more iSchtick 40s. That makes 7 of those I have, 3 MVP Vs, plus the iS 40 and 2 MVP Vs I'm using now.

We plan to continue shipping vape products. FedEx and UPS have said they do plan to stop shipping vape supplies around the middle of March. USPS has not confirmed they will stop shipping vape products just yet. If all three of those companies stop shipping vape supplies we do plan to start shipping with another vendor. As of now it looks like we will be able to continue shipping to customers in states that don’t have any ban on vaping products. If you have any other questions please let us know. Thank you

Out of curiosity, can you purchase (albeit expensively) Liquid Nicotine at a Brick and Mortar store?

I suppose some may carry it, but it seems like a rare B&M product given the lack of people who mention buying nic base from a B&M. I suppose if enough people request DIY supplies/materials at a certain vape shop, they may decide to carry it. It would be a case-by-case basis - some will carry it, some won't. But due to B&M retail markups and having to store it in a freezer, it will cost a lot.

USPS has not confirmed they will stop shipping vape products just yet.

Sounds like MFS is winging it without proper legal counsel. Dangerous in this business. USPS does not have to say anything (although they did), congress tells them what to do and not do.

If all three of those companies stop shipping vape supplies we do plan to start shipping with another vendor.

Stool pigeon?
