I don't know anything about wish, too psmamy for me the few times I did visit that site. Worse than Ali.

But most chinese sites did not block USA. However, Banggood did. They didn't block the listing but you could not checkout most vape gear if your shipping address was USA. Not sure if they still do it. Come to tihnk of it, it might have been Gearbest, however I did recently purchase vape from Gearbest.

I didn't try to purchase, who'd want that crapola, but it could've blocked me. The reviews were in perfect English though. Either they had a good fake reviewer or there were a lot of suckers, probably American, that bought them.

Possible. I don't usually buy anything from any chinese site but FT and the dedicated vape retailers.
Gearbest is once in a blue moon.
    Banggood once ever.

For the most part, I have no use for Chinese retail sites other than vape and anymore I only buy what I can't get in the USA (but of course I have everything I need at this point). FT is my main source because they are still the leader in most vape accessories, which is mostly what I buy anymore. FT has vape accessories I need/want that just about no one else sells, China or USA.

Amazon and Ebay are now inundated with China-based sellers and I'd rather buy from china on those sites because at least I have good buyer protection, especially on Amazon.

SUBJ: Update: Critical Information regarding the Vape Mail ban.
    DATE: Mar 2, 2021

The Vape mail ban is nearly here. (Note: This is not a vape ban, it is a mailing ban. We will resume shipments as soon as we have alternate shipping methods in place)

By now, you may have received emails from ECBlend and other vape manufactures and sellers about the upcoming vape mail ban. This ban affects USPS, FedEx and UPS.

3/2/2021: It is unlikely we will be able to ship to you by the proposed implementation dates (between March 27, 2021 and April 26, 2021) for at least a few weeks or more after the deadline.

Order online - pick in store is still an option for customers in Nevada, Wisconsin, Oregon, and Oklahoma as well as their bordering states.

Unless our alternate carrier network is in place by the deadline, ECBlend will temporarily stop taking orders 7 days before the final date. We don't know what date that will be, but it could be as early as 3/27 and as late as 4/26.

    OUR RECOMMENDATIONS
    • Order early and stock up your inventory for at least 3-4 months. Website: www.ecblendflavors.com
    • Talk to your local vape shop. They may be willing to stock your preferred E-liquids from us through our wholesale program. We believe business-to-business services will continue and we should have backup business delivery carriers in place in the next 2 weeks. (If you have already sent us shops, we are calling those stores to ask them to carry the products you requested.)
    OTHER POINTS OF NOTE
    • You can order FlavorArtists concentrates, batteries, PG, and VG as long as it is not intended for vaping
    • You can order online and pick up in stores
    • You can have friends or family near our stores pick up your order from a local store. You will need to specify the person Picking up the package as the Ship to, then select pick up in store. Consumers can ship via USPS up to 10lbs to another consumer.
    • We are working with a national carrier who hopes to have a delivery network in place by April (We don't see it working by then, but may be close to it)
NOTE: You can continue to order FlavorArtists Flavor concentrates online and have them shipped directly to you home as long as you are purchasing for baking and not vaping. We recommend you purchase these products from FlavorArtists.com directly.

You may also continue to buy VG and PG as long as it is not intended for vaping.

You may purchase Batteries as long as they are intended for another use other than vaping.

What ECBlend is doing: We are working with two alternative carrier resources.

One is a nationwide carrier network that is working hard to have a consumer delivery network in most major cities by the end of March, and covering 70-80% of the country by mid-April or May.

The second is a national company with access to over 10,000 vape shops around the country to provide pickup locations for order online-pick up in store options. We will gradually expand shipping availability as we can.

Consumers can also ship up to 10lbs of vapor products between themselves. If you have a friend or relative near one our stores, you can order online-pick up in store.

We will continue to update you with information as we have it.

I just contacted ECBlends asking them if their 10lbs claim can be verified and gave them the link above. For all we know they may know something about a new weight limit for vapor products. But I doubt it. 10 lbs is a lot.

Regardless, though, you still have to use Express Mail, which is pricey and also must be picked-up at the post office. That is, if you want to stay legal :sneaky:

Just heard back from ECBlends. They admit they must've made a mistake on the 10lb limit instead of 10 oz. But here's their response.

    Thank you for your response.
The PACT Act says 10lbs, but doesn't apply that to consumer to consumer. We will update our posting with the word "lightweight" as defined in the postal regulation.
Good catch - we appreciate it!

ECBlends didn't mention anything about freebase nic.
Are they gonna treat it same as flavor concentrates?

They can't treat it any differently than any other nic seller. It will be nonmailable there are no loopholes.
eta: I don't even think they sell nic?

There was a website I backed out of because they were requesting everyone to fill out a form business and retail alike, I wish I could remember which one, but, all retailers as of March have to be PACT compliant. Right?

I have no idea. I'm just getting the stuff I need.

I guess a lot of online retailers waited until March to start acknowledging the consumer business is over. It's interesting that a number of them are coming up with different dates but most are well before April 26, many before April 1. I hope those vapers who have put off preparing are getting their act together.

I wonder how many shops will get the necessary tobacco license(s) and ATF registration to get USPS shipments from wholesalers. Shops may fall off quickly too if the wholesale channel requires those, as shown in the River Supply form required to continue to do business.

We may be too optimistic that there will be much of a B&M channel left, except for bigger multistore operations.
