P2P wouldn't be a problem at all, I don't think... they never xray/scan packages.
B2P and B2B, USPS probably wouldn't xray packages neither (I think only international customs does that). But, of course, if they get caught, they'd be in trouble. So, obviously, business wouldn't go this route.
Would it work if online vendors changed their business names and return addresses that exclude anything to do with vaping? Like, have a business-name/return-address as "Jim's Gadgets" or "Frank's Electronics."
What about signed disclaimers? Like, "this electronic product/gadget/liquid is not to be used for vaping. We will not be held accountable for customer's use of product."
Just looking for black-market solutions I guess. Or, how it will be in the future.
I'm sure they will never eradicate it (knock on wood), especially since there's countless products in China.
I'm guessing, people/sellers in the US will get them some way or another, and just sell P2P or B2P on black-market underground forums. Probably fine for hardware; but sketchy for liquids (thanks dmbazz govt!).
