US Vendor recommendations for SA Vapers

Hi Guys

Not sure if this query is allowed, but I'm looking for your experiences with US vendors/shipping.

I'm looking to buy hardware (Vamo or Zmax telescopic, an AGA-T2, some Kanthal and mesh, maybe some drip tips and a Kanger EVOD or two) which will probably amount to around $200, so I want to get some info on shipping times, customs delay and customer service. Any info would be appreciated.

If we can't discuss specific vendors, a PM would be appreciated. I just want to consider my options so that I get my stuff quickly and safely.

Hi, the customs delays are no problem unless you ship juice. Shipping time is anything from 2 to 4 weeks from shipped to delivered. I have replied to your pm regarding suppliers that ship to SA at a reasonable rate. The US sellers and chinese suppliers that use hk post shipping time is about 3 weeks and Chinese postal service can take up to 3 months. Remember to never mention e cigarettes anywhere. As the suppliers to mark the items you order as electronic accessories. When ordering juice, ask for it to be described as aroma essential oils and ask the supplier to remove the mg markings in the bottles, then you will get the juice through customs fine. Also remember to not describe anything with anything related to e cigarettes when paying withPaypal as customs ask for a Papal invoice sometimes before they release the items.

Sure you're allowed, I've only ordered from MyFreedomSmokes as far as the USA goes, and I had good service from them. Jacques please post which US sellers you've had good service from, thanks.

Hi, I used to order from Madvapes and got very good service, but their shipping charges have gone through the roof lately, so don't shop there anymore. Not worth it. I would recommend Stormysvaporcellar above all. Shipping notification comes through the same day still and customer service is excellent. Their shipping to SA is $14 flat rate which is very reasonable. I have ordered some juice from Heathersheavenlyvapes and service is good and shipping reasonable with really great liquids. You do wait up to 9 days before your order ships as all juices are custom mixed to your specifications (pg/vg ratio, mg, different strengths of menthol added or not, etc.) but definitely well worth the wait. I have ordered from okcvapes before and the experience was good.

To date my favorite is still Stormysvaporcellar as they have a good selection of products and the service is the best I have encountered to date.

I have ordered a Ithaka from Cloudsofvapor but I am still waiting for the order to ship as it was a pre order.

I also buy from a few eastern vendors like timeeast. Not a huge selection, but for a Zmax, the best deal as shipping is only $8 and is a flat rate so you can order as much as you like and shipping stays the same. I have also used vaporbreak. Best deal on a Vamo, works out to$36.92 for a stainless steel Vamo V2 including shipping. They ship within about 4 days but use Chinapost which tends to take long,so be patient if you order from them.

Yes, you are allowed to discuss vendors. People just aren't allowed to advertise their own or their buddy's business lol.
By the way, why only from the US? Don't forget about HealthCabin. They are a China based registered ECF supplier, and you won't get cheaper and faster international shipping. I buy a lot from them. Just thought I'd put it out there.

Thanks DB! I've been trying to find a one stop vendor that has everything i want in stock. I've realised that that is probably an unrealistic expectation.... might just use HC to grab a vamo and a protank, then grab an RBA and some juice later from somewhere else.

I've yet to find one vendor that can supply me with everything I want. CCVaping always offers free shipping but are a bit limited on overall selection and some prices are not competitive. I have done a lot of business with Hoosier e-cig but his minimal free shipping rate has went from $55 to $75 and the stock depletes quickly.
I just ordered a Vamo from exhale vapors and they are also limited on stock but its a relatively new site.. The order was put up fast but it remains to see how fast it actually ships.

+1 for Health Cabin, although I've found their shipping to be a bit pricey. Timeeast.net are pretty good if they have what you need, $8 shipping flat rate and free if you order enough. I've taken a gamble on the Vamo and a couple of Did clones from vaporbreak. Will update when I receive it. If they've got what you need, you can't beat Fasttech. They have free worldwide shipping, it's fast, and their customer service is great. I've ordered plenty of flashlight bits and pieces in the past. I've recently ordered a couple of the Cobra clone RBA's from them at $8 each! Also, a few of the smaller bottles of juice to try out. The prices on juice are amazing considering the free shipping. Looks too good to be true, so gonna try a couple of the 10ml samples first.
