Would using a 3 ft USB extension cable be safe for charging/pass-through (specifically an eGo-T 650mAh)? Using a good amp rated wall USB charger?

Just curious as it would add the level of freedom, don't particularly like being super attached to the wall, and want to avoid using my laptop at all cost.

Sorry if this isn't the right section, wasn't really sure where this was appropriate.

Well what do you mean by this, a regular pass through battery that you are trying to just make longer by hooking up a usb extension cord between the pass through cable and wall charger? if yes, then ya deffinitely, a decent usb cable can handle that current no problem.

If you mean by popping open that sucker (meaning a REGULAR non passthru batt) and attaching the usb cable to that yourself and modding it into a passthrough batt, well then sir , NO! not unless you have some decent electronic skills and are adding in another circuit to monitor that voltage and keep eveerything regulated...
