USB power

I posted here yesterday about how I had converted the standard battery on my classic pen to use an external battery. So far tests are ok but I looked at another thread here....looked at my converted battery with the wires hanging out...grabbed an old USB cable and wired it up.

Amazing. Hit the switch, take a draw and no battery can match that. Since I spend a lot of time in front of a computer anyway....

Tons of vape.
I like.

I swear, I use a battery for about 30 minutes to and from work each day. On the PC at work or home, I have the USB, and even when I sit down to watch a laker game or movie, I have a USB long extension that reaches across the room so I can still use it ... LOL

It's a raggly looking contraption. More of a proof of concept. Now that I know it works so well, I'll make another one much nicer looking.

Now for that automobile / lighter plug mod......

I'll be lucky if my batteries last for my hour commute. For some reason these batteries and I just don't play nice together.

Not at all, thats exactlly how I was charging the batteries during long Halo 3 or COD 4 session

Yep, accept it, that's all you can do. My hubby would have sworn that I bought the 360 for him...until I got started on it...hehe. Then he got me a Wii for my birthday. Of course we also have 4 pc's, a laptop and a Mac in the house along with all the miscellaneous small gadgets like my Kindle and my e-cig. Oh yeah, and we met online...heh. I officially accept my geekiness!
