If I were to use a 5v Passthrough with a USB Wall Charger, or USB Car Charger (Via the cigarette charger thingy) would either of these actually run the Passthrough at 5 volts?

Pics of the USB wall charger and Car Charger included, to keep out confusion.

Yes, however you want something that can put out 5 volts at ...I think it was 2 amps, they might not vape as well as you'd expect from a 5 volt system otherwise. The Iphone wall charger I use puts out 1 amp, and IMO it is good enough...as well as my gps car charger which I think actually is a 1.5 amp.

Honestly...best I can give you is that they work well enough for me.

I just went through trying to figure this out myself the hard way.
Look at the labels on the adapters and look at the output. It should say something about voltage, and then 500ma or 1000ma etc, if that is not listed it will say .5A or 1A etc.

You need a MINIMUM of 1000ma, or 1A meaning it needs and output of at least 1 amp. I purchased 2 amp adapters and love it.
