USB Rechargeable PCB kit???

I was looking around on the web and came across this little kit. Was wondering if it'd be possible to use in a mod-I can't seem to find anything about how the batteries recharge though (can they recharge through a USB??) For 20$$ a kit the price seems right.

Don't know about that kit (link???) but it'd probablly be more flexible and cheaper to come up with communal design and get a load made up.

Ah... that'd be for PCC type mod. I was thinking more of a PT/charger.
