using 2 AW lifepo4 3.2v 500mAh stacked

hi i used 2 AW lifepo4 3.2v 500mAh stacked to vape on my GGTB but after less than 5 mins there's no vapor produce. i check with my multimeter and find out that 1 of the batt is still 3.2v while the other is only 1.7v. why is that so? Am i doing something wrong here?

Try charging it again and see if the voltage moves up on it. If it doesn't, and they are new batteries, contact the vendor...it's a bad cell. When stacking batteries, one will always drop lower in voltage than the other one but I've not encountered one of mine ever going that low.
