Using a cartomizer on a Reo

Do you start off with a filled carto, then start pushing the bottle when it starts to run out of liquid? Probably seems like a dumb question,(hey, I'm full of em) but wanted to ask anyway. Thanks.

That's what I do. I'll fill up the carto and let it sit for 30-60 min. Then, I just keep it wet when needed. It's the perfect combo

yep thats the right way to use a carto on the reo mods fill it let it soak up the juice and then push /vape push/vape...
