Using an atomiser with different flavours

Being a typical and enthusiastic newbie , I've gone and bought a load of mostly delicious juices (some I don't like though and might swap or sell them here).

But I've found that, after a while, the atomiser seems to get the flavours all mixed up and so they get lost in the mix-up, which makes sense I guess. How does one deal with that?

Alternatively, if using a separate e-cig and atomiser for each flavour or/and for different nic strengths -- expensive way, mind you, of doing it whilst having numerous e-cigs lined up by your side -- how can you tell which e-cig contains which flavour or strength? Do you stick little stickers or something on the carts to let you know which one contains which flavour/strength? Would look a bit silly though, wouldn't it, carts with little stickers on them... ?

One way I clean my atomizer is to first take out the battery and cartridge, put the mouth piece and atomizer back together, then blow out on it as hard as you possibly can. It is safe and wont damage your atomizer. You will feel some liquid coming out of the hole that would connect to the battery side.

Just a tip...you don't even have to put the mouthpiece back on. And you can blow through both ends of the atomizer.

Well, I keep all my flavors separate and I can only tell you how I've done it. I did try the little stickies...but at some point, they were really hard to get off (were really gummy).

So now I use different colored batts and atomizers to denote different flavors: ie, all silver is my menthol; all white is my no-nic; all black are my favorites (usually doesn't matter which one of those I pick up); black batt with white atomizer is fruit; silver batt with white atomizer is my least favorite; etc. I'm sure you get the picture. So I always have about 10 batts and atomizers on hand. They've lasted a long time that way for me.

If I do want to use tape, I use the white medical tape (you know, the one used to hold gauze in place). You can cut the size you want; you can easily write on it; and it's waterproof.

I've tried the blowing out of atomisers and also draining, but it still seems to leave some flavour behind... I even tried swishing them around gently in boiled water for 60 seconds but that too made little difference (and didn't damage them thank goodness!).

Well, I'm glad I'm not the only one who's tried little stickers on my carts! or the only one to have a whole handful of batteries and carts at hand with the different flavours! I kind of like the idea of different coloured batts and atomisers, but it would cost me yet more to get some, and they'd have to exist for the 901 and EVO too although the EVO now comes in black but only as a whole kit, not as separate accessories, at least not yet. So I might have to try the medical tape as that makes some sense and is easier than the little stickers.

Yes, I see what you mean price-wise. I only own penstyles so that makes it a little different. I only have to buy for one type.

You can take any painted part and peel or sandpaper the paint off; then paint it in any colour with radiator-paint (heat-resistant paint).
What I also do: Take a part (I do it on the atomizers) and use an engraving-tool on them. Leaving a blank area in a certain shape. So I have atomizers with an apple engraved onto them (=fruit-tastes); something like a sellery-stick (herbs and veggies); a tobacco-leaf (tobacco-tastes); a questionmark (not fitting any other mark); etc.

I use a series of dots & dashes applied to the atomizer with nail polish. 1 dot = fruit flavors, 1 dash=cola, 2 dots=tobacco, etc. It becomes pretty easy to remember after brief use (depending on how many you have ). The polish has remained on even after boiling or alcohol cleaning.

Yeah, Ive been blowing out the atomizer, and rinsing them with hot water, then blowing out and drying. That usually cleans most of the old juice out, gets the new flavor up and running quickly.
