Using ECF with cell phone

I hope this the correct place to post this. I just bought a Samsung Galaxy phone, my first phone that is more than just a phone, so I am in the learning process of using it. The phone has tapatalk on it, and I was wondering about the pros and cons of using tapatalk versus what ever else is out there for viewing, and posting on the forums. Thanks.

Moved to Site Feedback and Help.

Personal preference. Tapatalk is nice, but it does have limitations on what you can do on ECF. Especially in the Classifieds.

I opted to not use TT and just run ECF from the browser in full site mode. Minus the keyboard and mouse, it behaves the same way it does as if I were in front of my pc. The only thing I can't do is "like" posts...I mean, I can, but it doesn't actually occur. Galaxy Note 3.

Is full site node an option you select somewhere?

Depends on the browser and your header information. If you don't have a full fledged browser on the phone, the forum software may autodetect and put you on the mobile theme.

Sometimes on the bottom of the webpage there will be an option to "view in desktop mode" or "view full site". If no option exists, hit the menu button and there will be an option for desktop view
