Using flavoring extract you cook with

Can anyone tell me how or if you can use these flavorings you use in baking

not if they are oil based

put a drop in a about 10-15 drops of water and see if it dissolves

I stay away from them just because you can ingest them does not mean you can inhale them

I stick with Lorann and TFA for my flavors

you can get Lorann on amazon and I get TFA from RTS vapes

Who is the manufacturer and what is the base (alcohol, PG, etc.)?

The flavorings used in cooking are not strong enough and are alcohol based. Check out this site. The flavorings are measured in ml or fractions and are much stronger. We also have a diy forum here that you can check out after a few more posts. Perfumer's Apprentice
