Could e-liquids be used in those "other" vaporizers? I'm talking about the ones with names like Vapor Genie, Vapir, Vapolution, and Volcano. The type of thing Cheech and Kumar or Harold and Chong might use for "other" stuff.

Thanks for any replies.

I own all of these and yes they can be used with leaf or juice, cuz I tried it. Best one overall imho is the VapBong.

1: I-Inhale (now called iOlite) $250. www.gotvape.com/store/portable.vaporizers.phphttp://www.gotvape.com/
2: Vapir Oxygen Portable Vaporizer $130. www.gotvape.com/store/portable.vaporizers.php
3: VaporGenie $65.00 www.vaporgenie.com
4: VapBong Portable Vaporizer $50.00 www.vapbong.com
5: Vapolution Portable Vaporizer $25.00 www.vapolution.com
6: Dominizer $20.00 www.dominizer.com
7: HugeGrins $20.00 www.hugegrins.com
8: Ubie $25.00 www.vaporizergiant.com/ubie.html

Harry:

Thanks for that info. Do you know if the Vapir has some sort of liquid reservoir or how, exactly do you insert the juice?

I'm thinking these might be good alternatives if the FDA puts our vaporizors out of business.

Well the Vapir is pretty much exactly like the iOlite (iInhale) except it runs off the mains or with an optional battery pack for mobility instead of butane like the iOlite, the iOlite gets almost too hot to hold. To use e-juice (including alcohol if ya want to vape it instead of drinking, no hangover from vaping) ya can make a little ball of cotton, poly-batting (like in yer carts), or a stainless steel screen or SS wool ball, or hemp teabag ball (best choice)(no tea of course), and make a little cup from aluminum foil to hold it in so the liquid won't run all over the place. Also soaking regular tobacco leaf from a busted open cigarette or roll-yer-own leaf in glycerin, molasses, honey, etc. for flavor & visible vapor in an aluminum cup works too (if the Gov. bans e-juice). Actually regular tobacco is much tastier vaping it rather than burning it, no tars or carcinigens either (so they say). You won't get much visible vapor without adding PG or glycerin, but that's normal.
They all work ok but overall the VapBong is my favorite choice of all, low price, marker pen style case included, ease of use & cleaning, although it doesn't hold as much herb, leaf, or juice as the iOlite or Vapir does.
I actually get the newbie nicotine head rush & dizzyness vaping 'backy leaf with it and I was a HEAVY cigarette smoker, now a heavy vaper of 36mg juice.
So if they ban e-cigs, e-juice, or if you run out or yer e-cig breaks ya can still easily vape it as an emergency backup.

I just do not know what to think or say/ I am 55 yrs old, thought I understood a lot of stuff, about a lot of that kinda stuff. but NEVER have I seen anything like those sites. Now, I have NO FEAR, if all this ecig stuff drops dead, We have an OUT

thank you thank you thank you
I dont have to go out and get a 4th mortgage on the house, to make sure I have enough products to hold me to next century, which I can probably go for 30 yrs at this point,
Those vaporizers are very cool,

Is that endorsement for use with liquids, or for use with 'that other stuff'?

DW

They all work with everything, tobacco leaf, e-juice, herbs (legal & not), including alcohol. You can buy alcohol vaporizers but they're very expensive and are already banned in some states for various reasons. >>> Alcohol Vaporizer @ GOTVAPE.com

I must say that I am so glad I asked that question.

The video you posted from SmokeJuice was a deal-closer! I am ordering now!

I completely agree with cosican of Chapel Hill: these are the solution to any FDA ban. In fact, these were the ecigs before there were ecigs, we just didn't see it. For vapers like me we never do it in public (where CAN you smoke anymore, besides behind closed doors?), the I-Inhale should meet my needs perfectly. I especially like the guy in the video's explanation of the ease of cleaning the "atomizer" and fact that the "fuel" is not a high dollar lithium battery, but a flameless butane run by a catalytic converter. So, we're looking at a very inexpensive alternative to the esmoking we've come to know.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I don't know why I waste my time with tact, i just don't do it well. So let me be blunt.

I am aware that they will all work. What I was trying to ask is do you think the VapBong is the best for smoking pot. I took your previous comment of the VapBong being the best to mean it is the best for liquids. I was just wondering if that is the particular one you would endorse for pot or is there another one you think performs better with solids? or it just doesnt matter, thats the best one PERIOD?

I haven't smoked tobacco since Jan. 1 and I think my lungs are 'healing' because it is getting tougher and tougher to smoke pot without coughing my brains out. I need to find a better way and those links you provided are very helpful.

Interesting, I've found it to be just the opposite. Since I quit smoking, my lungs handle it much better. Very little coughing even with deep inhalation. But that recreation is not an every day ritual either.

hmmm..... & I thought the screwdriver looked crazy..LOL , that thing is to weird for me, and the glass ones... look TOO much like a crack pipe or something of that nature,.. plus pretty fragile thing to carry around... Id break it,.... Hope I'm down to zero nicotine before it would come down to having to resort to anything like that because of a ban, think I'd just quit entirely first.
