GRRRRRRRRRR I hate the USPS!!!! Tracking shows my order was delivered yesterday. Unfortunately, it wasn't delivered to ME. Was hoping it would show up today, but no such luck. I know this isn't Rob's fault AT ALL! Rob and LiquidXpress are a top notch vendor! I just needed to vent. I'm hoping whoever DID get it is honest enough to help rectify the situation, but I'm not gonna hold my breath. Now I have to reorder and spend more money on someone elses incompetence.
:(

Well, I called the Postmaster at my local USPS office. She took my info and said she would call back. Just a few minutes went by and she did call back. My package was at the office waiting for me. Not sure what happened, but I got my juice. Thanks for your quick response Rob. As always, you guys rock!! BTW, the new Vanilla tobacco is AWESOME!!!

Hey Guys..
This had happened to me once. My regular carrier was out one day and I was tracking my package. The mailman that was delivering that day, when my package was to be delivered to me, put in that it was dlvr'ed to me but I never got it as he just drove by my mailbox. I called my PO too and told the PO master there that I was tracking my package and the driver/relief mailman drove by my mailbox wothout stopping. I had gotten my package that same day (actually at night) from the PO master himself and saying that the relief mailman had been doing this a lot it seems. I also got my reg mail too. Just remember that, sometimes, a relief mail person may be delivering your mail and not even leave it. This one had told my POM that the reg lady can drop it off when she comes in the next day.. HAHAHA, He got fired. LOL.. (from diff supplier, not from Rob)..

This seems to happen alot as my mailman did not leave my package either. He left one of those tried to deliver notes instead of sliding it thru the mail slot in the door as he always does. This was on Thursday and here it is Saturday and he shows up with no f n package, tells me that now I need to go to the post office to get it, so now I wont see my package until Monday evening.

Hi Keep,

It's actually not that common of an occurrence, if you take into account the 500 + orders a week, week in and week out, and of such over two years we've had about 9 instances of something like this happening, and only so far 3 issues of the packages being completely lost. But unfortunately like anything having to do with people, there will always be a margin of error.

Here's the kicker....I went to the post office yesterday, picked up my $4.95 flat rate box from rob (btw: thanks for the grape sample carto) head back home, open the door to see a $4.95 flat rate box sitting on the floor.....my mailman is nuts!!!!!!

So what was the second package on the floor?

You might make a note and glue it to a magnet (if your door is metal or has metal on the slot) and put it there when you are expecting packages.

I have had to do that in the past, mail carriers these days have larger routes than they used to so they tend to not take the time to learn or remember if it's ok to leave things.
