Ok so heres the problem, I ordered a prodigy and some other things from puresmoker (was over 110$ or so), It came with a tracking number so I have been watching the progress. On the 26th it was marked out for delivery from my local post office, It didnt arive, and it still has not arrived. It still marked as out for delivery. I have gone into the post office to complain and ask where it is, They told me OUT FOR DELIVERY I tried to point out to the person that it is obviously not but they didnt speak good enough english to understand wtf I was talking about I guess. I have called the supervisor twice, Both times I get "Nothing more I can do"...It has not been marked "deliverd" so they didnt leave it at my door or try and put it in my mailbox. Can I take this so small claims or something? Im pretty ....... I want my damn prodigy!

Thanks, and sorry for the rant.

well that just sucks :S, There isnt even an option to pay for insurance on most sites :(

Yea alot of companies dont want to got thru the bother. Does it say delivered or still out for delivery? Hes suppose to scan it when he puts it in the box than the status will change to delivered. Yea I would just ask him if you see him soon or he might not remember the package.

USPS did this to me a few months ago. Ran into the same attitude you got from USPS. I emailed the vendor and got the sorry, hope it works out for you reply. Long story short, the postal critter decided they didn't like the way my package was addressed and sent it back to the vender. I did recieve my package a couple of weeks later but never heard one word from the PO or the vendor about the problem even though they had both agreed to look into it. I no longer use that vendor and if I could fire USPS too I damn sure would! Vendors, if you're listening, we would gladly pay a couple dollars more for insurance if it were offered.

You should also make the people you ordered it from aware of this as well....Best of luck it comes tomorrow!!!!

I did, Waiting on a response :) I think they had some trouble because of the hurricane tho so I dont expect them to respond to quickly
