It got "held up somewhere" according to the guy I spoke too. This is BS. V4L is 45 - 60min away. It shipped Tuesday. USPS is horrible. Luckily my mailman is the best and said he will bring it to me first thing in the morning tomorrow. Now thats service. I wonder if he works for V4L. lol Now what do I do until then?? Sleep untill 11am from now. lol

I used to do bulk mailings for the business I owned a while back. We had a shipping list of 12,000 customers that recieved catalogs and updated pricing. For some reason the Chicago hub was always the slowest. It was not surprizing to have things helf up two days for no apparent reason. I would be calling customers asking them for new orders and if it went through that regional hub I would always wait an extra two days to call. LA would do it once in a while. I think if your shipping from a regional hub there is usually a delay and if it has to go through more than one? Well you know the deal.

I'm on the waiting wagon again. My order was placed in the late late friday night I think (last week) and it still hasn't arrived. My last order was the same way. I think I'm just going to start expecting that Chicago -> eastern-ish PA is 7-9 days worth of shipping. What else can I do? I can't force my post office to give me a package that hasn't gotten there yet, and V4L can't hold the postman's hand between there and here.

Still, it's really irritating to hear everyone else talking about three or four days like that's an eternity. I'd be DELIGHTED for a package to get here so fast.

I'm on the waiting wagon again too. I placed my first order 3/10/10. I got it 3/15/10. Not too bad for delivery time, but it still said it was in Chicago when I got it. I'm also in Missouri, and if I remember correctly my package was shipped priority, so idealy I should have gotten it in 2-3 days since that's delivery time table for priority mail. Though 2-3 days isn't guaranteed, but coming from Chicago to Missouri shouldn't take 5 days.

I placed my second order early this morning. I got the 'shipped' e-mail this evening. When I checked the delivery confirmation number it said 'There is no record of this item' Grrrr!! Come on USPS. I was a carrier for them for 4.5 years, and let me tell ya, the offices I worked out of wouldn't stand for poor work quality like this. Which makes it all the more frustrating for me, as I know how things should be done. I know everyone else is frustrated too.

By the way, I e-mailed USPS about my first package. The automaited response I got from them was 'someone will contact you in 1-2 business days.' I've never heard from them.

Maybe we all should pay a visit to the Chicago hub and give them a little motavation. From the looks of their work quality they're not SMILIN.

Wow is right. I have now placed a total of 10 orders from V4L since January. I live in Tucson, AZ. I have received my orders exactly 3 days after placing the order like clockwork. (Unless there was a weekend involved in there....a Thur or Fri order will usually arrive on Monday or Tuesday)

I wonder if sometimes the weather plays a part in the delays in shipping for some of you. Tucson and the rest of Southern Arizona doesn't get crazy snowstorms and blizzards ~ so you know, once it gets close to me ~ there is no reason for it to be held up by hazardous road and/or flight conditions.

Well we are in Wisconsin... and usually I get all orders from them in IL within 2-3 days. Well last I checked the package is in VIRGINIA!

I cannot believe how horrible their service is getting :( but they have to keep charging more... for what ...? their excellent service? NOT!

Our current package has disappeared completely, apparently. The one we ordered on St. Patrick's Day arrived today. The previous one, which was ordered 7-8 days ago has not arrived. It's not showing up as delivered, it's just... out there.

Rich called USPS Customer Service and read them the riot act, and I'm more than a little angry. We had stuff on that order for some of our friends, so now they have to wait too. After spending $100 yesterday for a new car battery, I really don't relish the thought of losing another $200 (in product) to the mail service.

I don't mean to rant, but this is ridiculous by any standard!
