Ive stocked up on some 24mg wta for the purpose of being a last resort instead of going back to the cigs. Ive had three brief relapses in the last 4 months dont want to do that to my body again. Each time the cigs made me feel quite ill. One of the main reasons I quit cigs was due to chronic inflamation, which for me personally has caused a domino effect in many areas of my life. During these last 4 months vaping I have noticed a huge difference on a cellular level, like my body letting out a huge sigh of relief. So thats why I chose to utilize wta. Goal is to eventually taper off wta, but no plans to do that just yet.

Ive tried mixing diy wta 3mg, using a subohm .15 coil but cant seem to use it a lot during the day because I feel tingling in the back of my head thats not a feeling I got from cigs, kinda makes me a bit uncomfortable so Ive mixed a batch of 12mg ,24mg wta diluted down with VG, to keep in a separate tank with a .5 subohm to just take a drag if the cig cravings hit. Usually one in AM, one in PM.

Does that dosage of wta sound normal if with a subohm? Would that be the same as having two cigs a day? Im still a bit confused about how much of the wta im getting in my system. The tingling feeling I had trying it at 3mg as an ADV got me thinking Im over doing it.

Im trying to figure out if its more $$conservative to do the 12mg tank method, or just put a few drops in each tank fill.

I've remained confused about "how much WTA I am getting" because I don't really have a "starting point" from any of the WTA makers concerning which alkaloids and in what quantity they arrive. I've gotten "bits" of information here and there, but it's kind of a difficult thing to measure.

If you are feeling that mixing as if using nicotine (which, given you'd be diluting down your WTA via other ingredients (although I do believe Aroma's WTA is quite strong) your options are a) continue like you are with one dedicated tank (maybe cart the tank around in case you face a stressful situation) or b) mix in a small amount with your regular juice, finding the right "number" of drops for you, per tank. That is how I used WTA and detoxed from it and it worked out fairly well (with the caveat, I seem to get by on fairly small amounts of WTA to do the trick, so I might not be your best advisor).

I doubt that "funny feeling" in the back of your head is from too much nic though, since your nic level is constant. It could be you are feeling the "WTA effect" and maybe it's just too much for you and your body and etc.

I think you could approach it either direction, and if you don't need a lot of WTA, well you don't. It's probably a much better situation to be in than needing MORE WTA, or having WTA not cause an effect at all, so yeah, I might personally experiment a bit with amounts in your tank, although if you are finding what you are doing now to work for you, I don't necessarily see a need to change it. Etc.
