Mine just came. I gotta tell ya, for me at least, this blows the Vladdin RE away! I coughed pretty hard the first hit, I wasnt expecting so much vapor. Im using 12mg 75vg25pg V3 Spearmint Gum and I have a slight buzz! I never got that off any pod or mod. Well, unless I chain vaped 6mg out of a box mod. The juice itself, Spearmint Gum, gives me that satisfying feeling like my menthol cigs. I do like the taste of Salty Fog Simply Mint nic salts 35mg better, but I am not sure I want to try it in this Caliburn yet.

Im hoping this finally gets me off the cigs. I do know this, whether it does or doesnt, next week im ordering another and ordering a bunch of pods from FT. And ive only had this thing for a half hour!! Bless Uwelll! Man they got a good one here!

If it’s hitting that hard for you 35mg salts might actually be a really bad idea. Too much nic. Here’s hoping it does it for you! :)

I have 3 pods filled and out of those 3, one spits...with high VG. Unlike the Vladdin though, im not bangin these pods yet. I received 2 complete packs of bad pods for the Vladdin. Besides, this Caliburn is still hitting oh so sweet for me. Still smoking, BUT I am slowing down bit by bit. I am going to remain positive!

Kat received hers ahead of me, but mine did come in yesterday. 24 hours in, I'm giving it a thumbs up (all things considered). If I didn't have the Innokin Gobys these would take top spot for ultra portable in my lineup.

Overall, I'm glad she talked me into this one (twisted my arm and forced me to buy it, she did). ;):D

I'm kidding, of course. I jumped in willingly, head first and all.

Glad you folks got yours. I am still loving mine. Pods are lasting too which is awesome!

Question....im going to order another, and some pods. Im looking at 3fvape. ANy of you know what the difference is between "ships from germany" and the regular? Any difference in speed?

EDIT**

I guess "germany" is for EU orders?

This is probably an act of pure paranoia, but I might suggest ordering the new pods before the new device. I’ve had two pod systems and in both the replacement pods were of substantially lower quality than the ones that came in the box. So low they didn’t work nearly as well and in one case effectively destroying the device. Maybe make sure you can get replacements that function before you sink more money into it.

Ohh, I already hit the order button. I really hope the pods dont end up like the Vladdins. I know a few folks that have Vladdins and have great luck, but as I said above, I got 2 full packs that were total junk. Leak and wouldnt fire.

I have 3 pods going on this Caliburn and the one spit. But I shook it and it hits like a dream now. None of the 3 leak.

Thanks for the heads up. I bought another Caliburn and 2 packs of pods. Fingers crossed!

Vladdin was one of the two pod systems. The problem I found at least with mine was that when the pod leaked, the vacuum switch chamber got filled with juice and it wouldn’t work right again. This is the same issue that almost completely killed automatic cigalikes back in the day.

The problem as I understand it is the vacuum switch itself is waterproof so engineers keep thinking that means it’s function is immune to fluid. It’s not.

I hadn't thought of that. I loaded the two that came with it, and one of them is misfiring occasionally. Kat has one that's acting similarly, so this may be very sound advice. I hope it's not but I must be realistic.

Been a while since I posted here -

Due to some health issues my Volcanic power hitting is no more anyways, so this really is just right for me.
(Over 5 years vaping and off the stinkies) and not really into my RTA's or RDA's that much, or 100+ watt devices so much anymore, this device has really hit the Mark for me.
Tried a few other Pod systems , including the Juul - and did not find anything I really liked.

I bought 2 (well first I got one, and was so impressed I got another one 2 weeks later so I could have more flavor choices on demand.
I use 3MG mostly, have used 60/40, 80/20 and now just tried Heisenberry Crunch by the Cloud Alchemist (one of my all time favs), (not sure of Ratio), but I have to say that this device really gives our fantastic flavor and Vapor prod.

Some Pros:
  • Flavor on all Liquids are great so far -
  • Spit Back is minimal - seems to happen if I over fill to the top
  • Refill is easy - no leaks so far
  • Power on the draw is perfect for my current type
  • MTL is a "bit" loose, but in a good way, and DL is quite good for a Pod type system - just enough tension
  • Vapor production is impressive
  • 2 X 2 mil refills on 1 charge seems to last most of the day
    • ( I have been going through maybe 6 or 8 Mils a day
    • (geez I used to be a 40 ml + Daily kind of Vaper)
  • Charging is fast - about 1 hour
  • Vape while charging works fine - cable length that it comes with is perfect in my car and allowing me to Vape without neck strain
  • 1 pod has lasted me 2 weeks so far, no dry hits
Some Cons:
  • A bit pricey on the device and pods - I haven't botten extra as each device comes with 2 pods
    • ( I think I paid 35.99 from west coast vape supply)
  • Top can be a bit finicky to remove but not a big deal
  • Can't turn of Button and still use manual - but so far it hasn't really impacted me
  • A bit slippery - would have liked a granier, or more rubberized feel
    • VapeSkin has been ordered :)
Really can't find too much at fault here.
While I haven't tried all the Pod systems out there, I really have no need to look elsewhere, as My vaping experience is really enjoyable.

Funny, I looked at some of the Top 10 Youtube reviewers afterwards, which is how I often purchased new stuff
(I only looked at 1 before deciding to try - it was not RT! - but I did watch his vid)
And they all kind of had the same response as I did.

Highly recommended, definitely a sign of what is to come from the Vape community.
Sure, I still can make my own coils, and have at least another years worth of Japanese Organic Cotton to use with my RDA's at virtually no additional cost except for the liquid, but it's nice to have a small and light and pocketable alternative.

Thanks for listening !@

After sticking with the first pod I filled with Spearmint, ive been using it daily. NOT daily driver, unfortunately that would still be cigs. But between breaks and at home ive been using the device pretty heavily. Filling the pod twice/day the taste has finally gotten...blah. 18 days. Still hits like a champ though, and ive wondered if the pod theoretically is still good, as I feel a little vapors tongue....but thats where im at. 18 days on a pod. I wouldnt have believed it would last that long for me.

I have one of these and love it. So far I've had the breeze, sourin drop, Innokin EQs, and this Caliburn. I think I enjoy the Caliburn the most as the flavor is quite a bit better than the EQs imo. Also, for those who have one and think the airflow is a tad loose you can do what I did and throw a tiny piece of tape over one of the airholes. Made it perfect for me although I was more than fine with it stock. Any questions feel free to hit me up. Cheers.
Hi, I am Infinix user and the battery almost dead so looking for a better device without having spitting issues as well.. Do you recommend Caliburn ? I am only concerned about the airflow!
