I just got my Crown yesterday and apparently I didn't do my homework right. I lovr a vape with alit if drio for flavir. My most powerful box is a Sigelei 30ww. Its a piece of junk, but that's another subject My juice taste like crap in all coils with the Crown on 30w- it don't even work on my Eliaf mini. So I guess I gotta sell it and just stay with my Aspire nautilus, or spend MORE money on another box. Theirs so many out there, it gets confusing! Stay away from Sigelie (breaks)

Hello guys and gals

After reading reviews on the uwell crown i am very tempted to purchase one from fasttech. As far as i am aware if i am buying authentic then it will be the real deal. I am currently using a kanger mini on a eleaf 40w using the pre built kanthal coils. From reading and watching reviews i understand my eleaf stick will not be powerfull enough to get the best use from the Uwell.

What box mod would you recommend? I am currently looking at 75w with TC control either the IPV D2 or sigelei 75w. Will these mods be sufficient? I currently vape at 25w and i feel i would not vape higher than 75w. I am curious to know what user sweet spots are when using this tank and the coils in use.

Any advice on this issue would be greatly appreciated. Ty in advance.
Get SX Mini class.

Still feel the IP4s will be the device for me, after reading a blog on here and other threads I am going to buy the sony vtc4 batteries. Wlll purchase four for good measure. Currently vapong a friends home made lemon meringue pie 60/40 3mg nicotine, so I am practically chain vaping. I've ordered a couple 6mg tester online but so far nothing has come close to anything my friend produces, flavour wise and price wise. Great responses ITT and in general this forum is amazing for a newb like myself to figure out how not blow ones self up.

'Get the sx mini class' yeh this device does look awesom at first glance. I've not watched any reviews or read any yet. One of the solid reasons I am going for the IPV4 is I've not seen any disastrous reviews and price point. I am in no rush and can get it relatively cheap from fasttech. The sx mini is coming in at £170 for me in the UK it's a little too steep for me if I could find something that is reliable and has the capabilities required.

I know I asked. But theirs no way I'd spend $200 on a box... Plus battery's.. Its not so much a money issue (only a couple weeks cigarette money) but the fact that I can't get one to last a couple months without breaking... Never mind the downloads and headaches I read about to update it. Or what if I don't like it or see anything special about it? Than I'm stuck with it. I'm vaping to not smoke and save a little money along the way. I don't need to make big clouds or to show off... Just my opinion. Again, I know II asked to begin with

I've got the IPV4s and the crown. Brilliant together. The mod feels good in the hand, takes 2 batteries, great for power and temp mode, never leave home without it.

I'm more about the taste over cloud production too. Just my two cents but have your tried a kanger mini? I'm currently using one with 0.5 ohm coil and I never have to go near 30w, 20-25 watt depending on the juice. The flavour is immense.
Looking at the uwell as the coils had such good reviews also having another device and tank as back up carnt hurt too. There are so many different devices I'm just trying to find the best one at reasonable price. I really do like the ipv d2 due to the size but fear of not getting the full taste potential is making me look at more powerful device.

Nice handle originally from Yorkshire?
What coils do you regularly use? What's your personal sweet spot when vaping? How are the ni coils?
Eye, Yorkshire born and bred lad!

I have the nickel coils. I have the IPV on max joules (50) and the temp depends on the juice. Dessert type ones around 480f and fruits anywhere between 420 and 450. That's the great thing about temp vaping, just have to worry about the temp :)

I have used the .5 and .25 coils that come with it. The .5 I found around 40 was the limit, the .25's gave great flavour around 60-80w. I'm not too keen on vaping that high though, which is why I lean towards nickel in stock coils and when building my own.

Ha i am from WY. Thanks for sharing. My only previous expedience with TC was with a coil my friend built kanthal and nickel twisted, it was really good. Starting to feel more towards the IPV D2 as i feel it will have ample capability for what i feel i will need.
Whereabouts in the West Riding? I've lived all over, West and South. Mainly Leeds and Mexborough near Doncaster.

The D2 is a great device, absolutely tiny - not much taller than the battery!! The only thing is because it's a single 18650, you may need to carry a spare, depending on your vaping. It can be charged via USB, so if you're near a socket through the day, or have a USB in your car, you can charge it.

Just on the outskirts of Leeds at Junc27. Think i am going to a couple of replacement batteries. Just took a punt at 2 sony VTC4 from fasttech, hopefully they wIll make it through customs etc. Need to buy battery cases and charger etc. The D2 is probably an ideal size for me, easier to carry round and similar to the Isitck 40w i am using at the moment.

I love my MVP3 pro. It's a brick, but I've got big hands so that's nothing but a plus for me. I'd be shocked if it doesn't last two years easy, and I can't see myself ever wanting to vape above 60w, since 50 watts is already way too warm for me.

I definitely feel il be vaping at sub 75watt as i personally prefer a smooth cooler vape, currently i never go above 25 usally 22--23 my sweet spot on the kanger mini.

With the Crown you'll want a MINIMUM of 100W. The coils are designed to run in the 70-110W range. 60W isn't enough to get the coils working right (It will work, but it won't work as intended) and 75W at max power would be on the low end of what the tank really wants, and you want to avoid running any mod at it's maximum setting all of the time. Not to mention that the 60W and 75W mods are all single battery and will only last a few hours before the battery dies if you're pushing them to their limits.

A dual battery 100+W mod is ideal for this tank.
I certainly agree if you're using the .25 dual coils but the .5 doesn't need that much from my experience.

Vape on, live long!

No, not the manger, although I do like their products. I had the I taste MVP (charging problems), a

My MVP had charging issues 3 times. I sent it back twice, it don't even have time to get a scratch on it b4 its sitting in the bottom of the drawer. I'm actually digging this eleaf mini. It wouldn't work for anyone with big hands cuz its not much bigger than a 9V battery.

My UWELL is in my closet along with all the other vaping stuff I bought and hated or broke. I must have 20 bottles of juice I tried and didn't like... I don't like the taste of the juice at all in it and I'm not about to drop another dime on another box just so that I can get more watts or until I NEED a new one. I'm looking at the Aspire Pegasus- fits comfortably in my hand, and love the docking station.

Get an evic vt comes with the ego one mega tank with kanthal titanium and nickel options and is really pretty cheap, I use one for a back up its a really good chip in it, but if your looking for a 60w+ mod you need to consider batteries and charges which brings a different set of risks etc.

For a noobie vapour you need a small mod like a istick40TC or an evic but that's just my opinion
