V2 regulated or unregulated?

I've read a few posts here that state V2 uses unregulated batteries but I was just told from a V2 CSR that they are regulated.
However that person didn't know what I was asking and had to check.
Anyway I don't know what to believe now

They are unregulated batteries. Start off about 4.2, quickly drop power and continue to drop power through out the charge cycle. Try looking at smokeless image. IMO a better company with more choices, better products and better prices. They have their own forum here on the Ecf as well. They are having a good Memorial Day sale now, 23%'off anything in stock.
