Their warranty on replaceing failed parts is A1. Had to return the wall bat charger, it pulled apart when I unpluged it from the wall. Also called them and told them my bat didn't seem to be lasting as long as it should. They immediately shipped replacements for the charger and new bat after each call and gave me 30 days to return what I was replacing. I haven't been vaping that long and had gr8 service so far with V2.
