For those of you who don't follow Facebook.... I just posted this on V4L's wall:
Just wanted to say Gabe went above&beyond today. Long story short, I made an ordering mistake and opened a ticket. Unfortunately the order had already shipped by the time he got to the ticket. He offered a credit & I said "y'all shouldnt issue a credit because of MY mistake".... but he did so anyway!
V4L customer service is tops. The few problems I've had have been quickly fixed, and usually even made better!
