That video is awesome! I'm sure Audrey loves it because there's been a massive amount of "when is my ticket going to be answered?" and "this product isn't working" posts over on facebook lately, which is where I'm most active. It's gotta be frustrating for you guys.

Well, I wasn't really thinking about Facebook...I just love the robotic voices and the fact that this Luma person took the time to make it. Its just generally hilarious, it had me dying.

For those of you who don't follow Facebook.... I just posted this on V4L's wall:

Just wanted to say Gabe went above&beyond today. Long story short, I made an ordering mistake and opened a ticket. Unfortunately the order had already shipped by the time he got to the ticket. He offered a credit & I said "y'all shouldnt issue a credit because of MY mistake".... but he did so anyway!

V4L customer service is tops. The few problems I've had have been quickly fixed, and usually even made better!
