V4L Customer Service is #1

When I said in another thread that I have had very few order mixups considering how much I order, I mentally said "I bet I am jinxing myself by saying that" lol Well, sure enough - I got my order today and included was supposed to be 2 xl crystal tip lavendars and 2 xl crystal tip pinks. Very pretty, but not the beloved xls that I was expecting. So I looked up the stickied "Customer Service" thread and called the number. I got Tim (I think) and he was very helpful and they are sending them right out to me! No muss, no fuss!

I don't mind a mistake here and there when it is handled so courteously and promptly! This is why these guys rock! Use the Customer Service number, it works!

I definitely agree that V4L has the best customer service. I had a couple mix ups too but they handle everything quickly without hassle.

that chat feature on their website is good too.

I've had a couple of problems and they have been handle with much help from V4L . I love the service I get and will only buy from them .
