V4L Customer Service question

Hi Steve. I just placed an order for cartos today but wanted to know of you received the message I wrote you on my last order. I love your product and have been sticking to V4L only. I did have a prob on that last order when ordering two boxes of menthol mixed types. I cannot tolerate any of them except the Dunham Menthol, which I love. Am I stuck with the eight cartos I can't use? Seems that the Dunham Menthol and the Coffee are my choices to vape. Thank you for being an honest supplier and selling the great product that you do! Zee, V4L is closed starting tomorrow until next Monday, as they are moving office/warehouse into a HUGE new location, so they may not be able to do live chat or support ticket stuff until Monday (May 2nd).

Having said that, the best way to get anything like this addressed is via V4L's CS Support Ticket system (accessible from their website). I don't think the folks who actually pull stock to fill the orders actually pass on CS queries from the "Comments" section of the order sheet.
