Ches - in my previous experience I returned once replacement was received and if I remember correctly there was a label I returned they provided with replacement (for tracking).

Well, these two are platnium manual, but I also have a shorty diamond in lavender. I also killed my first shorty, which was a purple manuel. I blame it on my alter ego, the mad scientist! And yes, I sure do love them!

They send you the item, and then you send back the defective item with the RMA form that they enclose with the new item. They are pretty quick to respond! : )
