YEP - Sales are the only way to go - But they can cause trouble too . . .

Just Sayin' . . .;)

If Ya' Only knew what I purchased - "You" would understand . . .

However, I did have a couple of Gift Certificates to help "Me" and with the sale - I did save a lot too . . .

How could I NOT . . .

SO - COME HECK OR HIGH WATER -

- THERE WILL BE NO MORE SHOPPING FOR "ME" . . .

And congrats to me for being a new Certified Ethical Hacker...
Scored 93% on the test, needed a 70, careful I am certified dangerous now lol.

YES . . . I Do Believe "You" Have Always Been "Certifiable" . . . :img:

However, for passing "Your" test - I want to also say . . .

Awesomeness Natey! you'll love the tank! and i am somewhat certain the polypros will handle acidic juices, i have put so many citrus juices thru mine and have never noticed a single problem!
the tank tool is great, i use mine daily for a quick and easy fill in the pyrex, and to slide every carto into the premium caps to protect the o rings :)
Thanks LD :toast:, yeah i really did want one, took the gift card and used it to upgrade to the Premium VVV 6ml PolyPro tank with all the goodies and got the Tank tool also, and did this with the sale, and as we speak I've decided to place another order, for some other things. I was going to get the Pyrex Tank but i really don't use any Acidic Juices plus i was worried i would break it so just kept it simple... For now... Im so excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you again... Hope your having a great day.....

PS another order Placed... Oh man i cant help myself, i love sales....

Congrats Natey!
And Congrats Ray for a year in this.

It is way too hot outside, again. 100F and that's before the heat index! I'm staying inside on Sunday, enough of this...

Recap: There are only so many ways to use VVV as a logo and it's been done a few times. I know a DJ that went by VVV before he changed his "name", there's a video gaming club, and a couple of others. I like the star, it's kind of a Texas thing, and somewhat subtle. Living in Texas, I've seen that star as a tattoo on countless people. I've made my share of Texas star beveled glass door panels. As far as I know, it's unique in the vaping world. However, the Texas star usually has the 5 points split in half, like this...

That ^^^^ would look really nice when etched. I'll order a bottle of etching cream on the 1st of August and see what I can do. I've got some reading to do on the proper acid resist material to cut the pattern from, after that I'll be all set. It should be fun, at least it's what I call fun.

Congrats on your wife's improved condition jpf880, well wishes to her continued improvement.

I got a Silver Bullet, it's a very solid mod that should last a lifetime. A couple of folks that come around here have one, and I have to ask: how do you deal with the button? It's crazy hard to press in, my fat finger tips are having a hard time with it. It's such a pretty, solid mod, I would hate to have to sell it but I'm already frustrated with it only after 3 days of use. My finger tips can handle the pressure just fine, but it seems like overkill to me.

I tracked down sbdivemaster, the gophers didn't get him. He still posts on ECF daily, I hope I had nothing to do with his absence from the VVV contest thread. He left the thread right about the same time as the A.Rand fiasco that I feel wholly responsible for. My sincere apologies for any offense that caused. The "ignore user" option has been a aggravation saver, although I found it way too late. My bad.

That should cover a full day's worth of posts all wrapped into one! Stay cool folks, and stay hydrated. Happy vaping!:vapor:

If you were to rotate that so the point is not at 12 o:clock, but ah... what, 1:30 and 10:30?, you'd have 3 'V' shaped "spaces" across the top you could put in three 'Vs". Know what I mean?
That would be too close to the inverted pentagram that is often associated with witchcraft and that red guy with the horns that runs the hot place down below. I don't want to link VVV tanks with that, the ignorant public would not approve.

Schnarph, you could use a double thickness of contact paper and cut the design out with an exact knife?????

Most likely, yes. I've spent hundreds of hours cutting out designs using that method, but always on flat glass. To make it easier, the design can be cut out on a flat surface, leaving the backing on the contact paper. Masking tape is then applied to the top of the contact paper, then the backing of the contact paper is removed. The cut design can then be applied to the glass, attention given to leaving only the wanted pieces of sticker is a little tricky. I have plenty of practice doing this, so that won't be a problem for me. Some designs are best when cut by machine, and I have no intention of owning a vinyl cutting printer. In my experience, the logo is sent as an image file to a sign making business who crank out these things all day. RPAD's logo would need to be done this way, I couldn't cut that out so small with an exacto knife and do it any justice.

I'm not sure if standard contact paper adhesive will withstand glass etching acid, but I'm going to find out for myself next week. I'll keep my fingers crossed, except while I'm holding the exacto knife. ;)

Sky... your no more dangerous than you were yesterday. It's just that now... you're Legal!

90%+ of my ecf posts are in the contest thread... I'm going through withdrawl!

2: Have fun LD, and tell them not to use aspartame which is found in diet cokes, this makes diabetes worse if they already have it, and gives it to people who are not diabetic yet.

I need a source for my GF... I got her to quit smoking with me, but I've been dying to get her of the cola!
