I saw this last night on FB, fantastic! Would more sigs be beneficial? or 25k gets the job done?

More sigs would make a bigger statement. 25k is just enough to get noticed but more would show a larger amount of people impacted by/against whatever regulations come into effect and how many Americans actually vape.

When I first started, I got cartons of reds for free. 7-11 used to have them on display and.. um.. (I might have been a little young at the time.. I also might have given them to school chums, who conveniently dropped their lunch money by my locker... Then again, that was before it was a felony

hilarious~! i remember taking some smokes in my youth. when I was 15 i was shipped off to a hellish (to put it lightly) boarding school, en route I came across a pack of nonfliters, proceeded to scotch tape them to my upper inner thigh along with a lighter, hoping this would allow me to sneak them in.... got caught during intake..... lol

Every online community has the "new toys" commercialism. The competition bbq forums are full of $10k-and-up trailer rigs, $8k cookers (yes, just a cooker!), teams who spend $750+ on meat for a competition - just to produce 4 entries of 6 servings each - and so forth.. It isn't necessary to compete, but the people chilling with their $50 drum smokers aren't posting. (Even if they are winning..) The soapmaking communities are just as bad, although it tends to be a bit cheaper. (More on the level of this stuff..) Same for candies or baking.

The gov is interested because it is both a "sin" item with no tax and a food item with no health dept oversight..

Know what it takes to start a home cupcake business in most places? (Or bbq sauces/rubs? Or any other food item..) Start with a commercial kitchen - you can't do it at a home, has to be a separate building. Cheapest option for most people is to farm it out - there are companies who will take your recipe and make it, for a price. Alternately, buy a food truck and get it certified/inspected/etc. Even if it never leaves the driveway. (Oh, and at least half a dozen health dept classes. Don't forget the random spot-inspections, registration fees, tax documents, etc..)

Know what it takes to start selling juice? Some jars and a measuring cup...

truth. i am on one of the bbq forums and they are high dollar contenders.
another laugh at your commentary :)

(chat again)

I forgot to put the link in the blog post. That was .. not bright. It is updated now :) Link is just under the screenshot.

got it, checking it out right now !!

And as I am sure you have seen you don't need high dollar stuff to make crazy good bbq. I'll have to share a base set up for most items for you. That way you can just go from there each time and come up with your own top shelf mix for each item.

We cook on a weber 23", a WSM (old-school 19") and a home-built UDS. :) The hard part of competing (other than the logistics) is getting it 110% repeatable so you can adjust for scores.. (Well that and coming up with about $750 every 2 weeks for entry fees, uhaul rental, supplies, etc.. The wife tells me this year we're not doing quite so many. We'll see....)

Just checked my e-mail to see that the Vape Team had uploaded their replay to youtube. In the description they talk about the Killer 705 atty! It is a rebuildable atty that fits into carto tanks!!!!! I think we have the best of both worlds. here! I haven't watched it yet as it is over 2 hours long.... But I did a search and it has been out for a while now, available from Greece! Here is the ecf thread, if anyone is interested!

Quite a few posters on this thread are becoming very good friends. I'm very thankful to both them AND the thread!

2) That's actually one of my favorite things about VVV. I'm going to mention it when I get around to filming review. It starts, of course, with a great product. It's elevated by Ray's excellent customer service. It gets an entire layer of awesome from the community built around the company. It's fun to see how fans of different products flock together. VVV, HHV, Ahlusion, and others have their own sub-communities in ECF. Very cool.

Absolutely! I'd love to get feedback on it. Some of the formulas were a pain to get right, so I'd love bug reports & suggestions.

(And if anyone can figure out how to get it to auto-sort by purchase date (A:B) without having to do it manually that'd rock too.. In the meantime just grab a3:b-whatever and hit data->sort to get things back in a reasonable order..)
