Most the time with any steak really I keep it pretty simple. Kosher Sea salt, Black and White pepper, little onion powder, little garlic powder, rubbed on both sides. Heat the grill up on high on one side and medium on the other. Spray the hot side with a water bottle where you are going to put the steak, let it get super hot again. Place the steak on the grill for two minutes flip let sit for two minutes. Move the steaks to the lower heat part of the grill and cook as normal.

Try adding a little ground coffee to the mix, and just a touch of raw sugar (or dark brown in a pinch).. :)

Most the time I use brown sugar with smoking, not so much for steaks on the grill. As far as ground coffee, i've tried it before but not taste. I know the others I cooked for liked it but it just wasn't for me.

I use cracked peppercorns and kosher salt, some aromatics (cinn, nutmeg, coffee, allspice) garlic powder, ancho pepper (rounds out the flavors and its basically impossible to make it spicy) and a touch of sugar, then fire it over a pure-mesquite (no charcoal) fire. Soooo good :)

BTW you've ruined my dinner with this. We're eating out, and I can usually put it out of my head that we do it better at home.. (I do the gourmet outdoors, wif does it indoors, we sous-chef for each other..)

1) Happy Thursday!

Levi - have you ever been to the vape lounge in Tucson? I wish we had one here.
I have been to both freedom smokes, and i cant stand it there... not a comfortable 'lounge' atomosphere, and over priced EVERYTHAANG. Its nice to try juices before you buy them though..
They just opened a new lounge on the west side called amped or energy or something like that. I am meeting with the owner this weekend to offer promotional services, and was wanting to see if would set up a booth at my events. Delightful vapors is, according to an email they just sent me, opening up a B&M, I made them the same offer, but they only have juices and no gear yet until they open in a few months.
there is one more lounge, cant remember the name or cross streets that I have yet to approach. But i hear its more friendly then freedomsmoke.
Tucson is very vape friendly, I do it and see it everywhere :)

Sorry the vendor is Nicquid i should have typed that better.

All of the other menthol flavors of theirs i have tried have been WAY to strong this is the only one i liked and i almost didn't try it because of the others but i accidently filled a carto with it when i thought i was grabbing another juice.

Ah - Okay, I didn't see that (especially since I was using that for "Nic-Juice" too) . . . :)

It just so happens they are having a Contest for Valentine's Day too that I wasn't going to enter, but now maybe I should . . . ;)

Again - THANKS . . . :D

(BTW: For those interested the "Nicquid" Contest is here: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...ay-250ml-giveaway-10-winners-nicquid-com.html )

Hey hunny bunny! I hope you didn't order the adapters yet, Crystal Clear Vaping has free shipping: Crystal Clear Vaping

 WOW ! ! ! $3.15 I Would hope so at those prices, especially give their limited chocies . . . Just sayin' "Sweet-Lady" . . . That was almost the most expensive I seen them at, the lowest I found was $1.50 (most were priced $2.49) depending on which one you wanted . . . and the highest was $3.49 at Smoke - IMO, YOU ALWAYYS WILL PAY TO MUCH - tek . . . NOT Good or NICE

So of course - I need both an 510-808 and a 808-510 (already have 510-510 & 510-eGo extensions) and there is only one place I found that has them and they want over $6 for shipping . . .

I think with me and Levisdaddy talking about smoking in the other threads has done the same for some people. Cracked peppercorns work so much better than just using pepper imo. I prefer to go with paprika over ancho pepper but I like the kick.

never thought to sear it first. ima try it out! and i like this simple concoction of spices, usually i add tonys, a dry bbq rub and a black peppercorn mixed seasoning bottle on top of the wurst (which i keep abbreviating because i dont know how to spell it and these lame cpus do not have spell check...)

i cook both in and out, wish my lady was a better chef :(
