ALL THE RECIPES!!!

You could always make them an ECF blog post and just put a link here.

Last night, when we were discussing chicken recipes, i had the idea to request from an admin, a food porn or food junky sub-forum. i mean, we all gotta eat right?
on a wide/side note. did anyone else put ON weight when they quit smoking? I did, although I probably needed to put on some.. I know when your lady is pregnant, its common for the man to also put on some weight as food becomes a much more common occurrence. Problem is, when Levi was born the wifey lost all of her baby weight, and I still seem to have mine!

YES on the food pr0n sub-forum. A thousand times yes!

As for weight: I couldn't tell you, I haven't been on my scale since the first week or so of my quit. Everything fits the same, so I'm going to go with "no weight gain" in the traditional sense of "I haven't gotten bigger". I'm sure I've actually put on some pounds since I quit, but that's because I started back training right around the same time and I'm actually supposed to gain some muscle mass in the pre-season.

I love evernote....

2-3 cups mixture of all-purpose flour and bread flour (1:1 ratio)
1 large egg
1/2 cup full-fat plain kefir
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda

Put about 2 cups of the flour mixture into a mixing bowl and make a well in the middle.
Add the baking soda, salt, and egg to the well and mix.
As you mix the dry ingredients with the egg, gradually add the kefir, mix everything together.

That is the important stuff for the dough. Then the other thing that I get yelled at about is when boiling them. Bring the water to a rolling boil, with a little vegitable oil in it (helps prevent them from sticking together) add salt once it is at a rolling boil. Place them in the water and let boil for 1 minute. Pull them out using a slotted spoon or what have you, and place them on a plate with little slabs of butter on it. Once you have them all out place additional slabs of butter through out them and let it melt for a few minutes. Once the butter has melted and you have a nice and hot pan place butter in the pan and put the perogis on it and brown them in the butter on the pan.

Hey, if no one else is going to beg and plead you for this, I WILL. Please to be sending me the pierogi dough recipe!!!

I would be all over that Halupki if it didnt have rice in it. my low carb diet is a pain sometimes. I could still do it occasionally maybe. Sounds close to stuffed grape leave i used to get when I worked for a lebanese way back when. They rocked.
Can you have quinoa? If so, it would sub for the rice really well.

@ogfish, Imma have to copy this somewhere safe! I'm due to make a batch of homemade yogurt and I could use some of that for the kefir...

I always get yelled at because I tend to let them go over the minute mark. I have been told that the only time I am allowed to do so is if they have some form of meat in them or if they are only for myself.

quinoa is almost 2/3 carbs per weight. So no. Rather just do the rice and suffer for a day or two LOL. I copied the recipe and we will make it sometime im sure.

Wife wants pizza for her birthday(2 days away) we are gonna cheat and go get some. We have a small local owned place here that is amazing. We are both loosing and not cheating. So one cheat meal isnt a big deal.

2) Here's the Janty MiD One with a Triple V Sidewinder. This is definitely the most interesting vaping device I've ever tried, but it's definitely not for everyone as you need to spend a lot of time on the PC app to get the most out of it.
