Could probably put it on ribs but last time I did jerk ribs it was just a tweaked version of Raichlen's with more aromatics.

You'd think I'd be be jealous of everyone's fancy schmancy dinners tonight. Nope! I had yet another serving of mom's meatloaf tonight.
Some of you know: we do heart shaped meatloaf every Valentine's Day. Yesterday was our get together and we nommed on several pounds of the stuff. Luckily my mom almost always makes an extra meatloaf to leave with us; we eat off it throughout the week. Yes, you read that correctly: I have an emergency back up meatloaf.

We do that with chili. Our record is also 5 I believe. (Beef, pork, goat, wild boar, wild venison.)
