Boardop.. I never clicked on the "Once Whenever" Link in your signature until I sat here trying to think of something to write for my fifth post.. and the link was kind of staring at me saying "click me!"

Dude.... you compose some great pictures. Some awesome photos you have captured there... Well done.. :thumb:

Thank you. Such a wonderful compliment.

I don't get out as much as I should anymore. And when I do, I struggle to find the time to process the pics. I miss it. But, again, thank you. You made me smile a bashful smile. 'Preciate that.

ill try and get some pics posted of her works, she is quite talented. she refuses to show them any more until she has new pieces to display, which i understand. she has been hauling around the same paintings for a while.

you an me both.
you have an excuse tho, being caffeine-free. my excuse is being surrounded by stupidity, so much so that i just took tylenol for the first time in months to combat a headache that the air of idiocy in my office has created this morning

4) Ah yes, I would love to see her work!!! :)

I am awake and just made a useless trek to walk the pups in the rain :/ Emmy is a moody cuss and when she smells piddle, she WILL PIDDLE. With rain, she just walks and walks and walks and then wants to be carried back :/

Catching up on the thread now.

@ Glassmanoak - Ectoplasm sounds like a winner!

2. 5/16 - Morning? Oh my, I better take a nap before it's too late.

The rain slowly hitting the metal roof has a very calming effect.

Meet you folks here for coffee in 4 hours?

Edit: @ lisa - the only time I can't get my dog to "do" what I took him out to "do" is when when it's raining. He doesn't seem to care at all that he's getting wet.

5. 5/15 - I repaired what looked like a completely destroyed plastic Bolt today. It's now stronger than when it was new.

It's not pretty, but neither am I. :p

I bought a cheap plastic Bolt a few months ago. An ugly Red-Orange! I dropped it the very first day. Now the atty sits on it Like the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Amazing, but it still works!

Metal Roof and Texas.. Reminds me of the old saying: "Like a cat on a hot tin roof." - "Someone with frayed nerves; jumpy. The phrase originated in Tennessee Williams' play of the same name. As then, it indicates someone who is jumpy - behaving like a cat would if they were on a hot tin roof. A similar English phrase is "Nimble as a cat on a hot bake-stone or "a cat on hot bricks," which means in a hurry to get away" - Glenda Moore

My cat once demonstrated the phrase for me when she followed me up the ladder and onto a section of the house with a metal roof.. Being the middle of July and the hot sun beaming down made the roof very hot.
