vaping things break. It's what they do. I actually like Vapresso as a manufacturer a fair amount, but I know that if I desire longevity, (and I'm hard on my mods) then I need to look for more expensive setups. I've gotten better about handling my vapes, but I have had things break from time to time, it's almost unavoidable.

You have to remember, most vapes are manufactured in China, at least the less expensive ones. Quality control can be iffy at best, (possibly more so with some manufacturers than others, but that varies too, and it also depends on who you ask).

Just be glad your "event" happened during the warranty period, and I'm fairly doubtful that you will have the exact same issue with the replacement. In fact, many mods to tend toward more longevity than others. I am partial to Innoken and Eleaf (and Provaris, although those are not being manufacture any more).

However, any mod or tank, from any maker, can fail. Such is the nature of electronics, batteries, and glass tanks and etc.

Hope you get it resolved quickly. The "they shouldn't break" argument isn't really going to get you anywhere far, because vapes can, do and WILL break, although hopefully the better care you take of your device, the longer it lasts. What you are describing sounds like a manufacturing defect to me, unless you dropped it or something. It should be covered under warranty.

Best of luck and I hope your replacement arrives quickly. If you bought it overseas, sometimes a vendor will be willing to offer "expedited" shipping, sometimes not.

I am sorry to hear about your misfortune.... Which has probably happened to almost any vaper, anywhere, at some point. :)
