I have spent a lot of money with Value Vapor and never had any issues with them. The orders were always put up and ready for shipping the same day.
My last order contained a 50ml bottle of juice that was not right. I contacted VV and after a couple of emails I was given a number for a gift certificate for the cost of the juice. The credit shows in my account , BUT, the number I was issued comes back as invalid when I attempt to claim it. I made VV aware of the problem several days ago but after repeated unanswered emails I'm still SOL.
I will continue attempting to get my credit but I will not be ordering anything else from them.
Lack of support is not/will not not tolerated.
