Noobie315,
I've ordered from VV with very good results. You don't give a lot of detail, but I suspect there may be more to the issues you're having than just bad juice and bad atomizers.
No offense, but I'm guessing you are new at this as are many of us. Did you do much research into flavors, and the fundamental difference between the China Dekang and other juices(which is what I believe the VV stuff is) and the custom USA made varieties? I have gotten some of this stuff from both Cignot and VV. Some of them I find quite awful, whereas others are not bad at all(sometimes after doctoring). From what I read and my own experience they all have a chemical smell from the bottle. When you vape them, the smell is not nearly as bad(much more muted, but still not great, except maybe good for stealth vaping). The flavor also varies in my brief experience and sometimes can be quite nice. In my case I disliked them all(China juices) at first, but in a few cases I came to like them quite a bit after a few days or a week. For example, I ended up liking the VV Capuccino a lot(doesn't smell like Capuccino to me, but tastes great), and I especially liked their RY4. Some others, like a Desert Ship I got from Cignot, I ended up being able to take, and actually enjoy, only after mixing with a Dekang Menthol, which I also got from VV. Same problem with Cignot's 555, but it now tastes great with a bit of Almond Amaretto mixed in. You didn't mention which flavors you ordered but I would be curious.
I can second what Elendil said about their atomizers. I ordered both their atomizers and mega XL batteries as their prices were ridiculously low($5 and $10 respectively) and they have all been of excellent quality. In fact, I'm happier with them than the ones that came with my original 510 kit from Cignot even though these are knockoffs. I only ordered e-liquid from VV because they were cheap, and it wasn't going to cost me any more in shipping as I recall. I had my order shipped next day and delivered 2 days later(they are only a few states over).
Nevertheless, if VV is going to allow reviews on their site, I don't think it's appropriate for them to censor comments in a cavalier fashion provided they aren't just irrational rantings. They should instead allow the comments and add their official response if they feel it's necessary. Then their customers can decide how to interpret it.
Good luck, I hope you're able to get some kind of satisfactory resolution.
