Vamo Ecig Screen Problem

Hey Friends,

My first post here on the forums. I recently received a Vamo and I plug in the battery and turn it on and the screen doesn't light up. However it still produces vapor, then the screen occasionally lights up and displays information so far no error codes have shown up. Does anyone have any ideas on what I should do?

Does it light up when you press the smaller buttons? It's not supposed to light up when the large button is depressed for vaping, only when you are using the smaller buttons or turning the unit on or off (which is with the large button)

It occasionally does but for the most part when I press them it does not light up.

Sounds like a loose connection or something, try to find out what the return policy is
